I am so thrilled and content to see my mother safe, cared for, entertained and happy - she just moved into the Memory Care unit. Sarah is awesome and a wonderful unit director!!! The staff is caring and the facility is lovely! I walked in to see my mom singing to Sweet Caroline with a local musician. Life is sweet now that she is in Bay Spring. Thank you to Sharon and Susan who were very supportive during her move.

I toured Atria Bay Spring Village. I like that it's very clean-looking, and all the people are very polite. They showed the one room that has a lower price and there's another one like separate rooms. The one with separate rooms had all the furniture, but that was only to show how it looked. You have to put your own furniture in there. I didn't know if that was furnished or not. They have a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a stove. Sharon was very friendly. They have outdoor things going on for older people which is nice.

I visited Atria Bay Spring Village. It was very good. The person that I talked to was very informative and answered all my questions before I could even ask them. I did like the tour, and I liked the facilities. It looked like something that would be, if I can manage to afford it what I'm looking for. The apartments are modern and small because I come from a big house, but I think they would accommodate the needs that I have as far as a one-bedroom. The studio was just much smaller than I thought I could live in, but the facility has everything available that somebody would want as far as living there. As far as amenities, they have everything you could think of. Everywhere, every corner you turn there's a little living room with a TV in it. And, they seem to offer to meet everybody's interests, games, literary things, just activities like going places and as groups. They have exercise classes, pretty much anything anybody could want. You can pretty much do anything you need to. They have a hairdresser. They have a physical therapist and healthcare staff. So, it all seemed very amenable to any needs anybody would have.

We had a very nice tour at Atria Bay Spring Village in which we met several residents and learned about the different facilities that they offered. It was a comprehensive tour. They had a library, a living room, a cafeteria, and an exercise room. All our questions were answered. It was a very pleasant experience. The rooms are all very clean. They looked very safe. They had good accommodations. My dad will be getting a studio. They have several activity areas and different things to do on a daily basis.

We liked Atria Bay Spring Village very much, but it just wasn't feasible for my friend. The tour was wonderful. The community looked vibrant, and the buildings themselves were very clean and very homey. The dining room was lovely. The opportunity to have a private dining room, if you were going to have a celebration, was nice too. The menus looked fantastic. The residents that we saw looked very happy. The grounds were pretty. Even the apartment that my friend would have had that they offered to her was beautiful. It would have been her first choice if it wasn't just private pay. The staff who assisted us was wonderful.

Atria Bay Spring Village was very, very nice. It was bright, modern, and clean. It seemed to be well-staffed. The staff who accommodated us was very transparent as far as being forthcoming and answered our questions truthfully. The dining area was very nice. We observed a group doing an exercise class. The salon was open. And there were some, I think, independent residents that were bicycling around the outside park area.

Atria Bay Spring Village was lovely and very inviting. Everything that we saw was fine. The staff who gave us the tour was extremely helpful and very accommodating. Activities were going on while we were there. They had somebody speaking and they had music. The dining area looked lovely and very inviting. They had a fitness room, a music room, a piano, and a library.

We chose Atria Bay Spring Village for mom, and she's moving there next week. When you step in, everyone is very friendly at the desk and welcoming. They welcome you in. In the summer, it seems like they do things outside. They have a gazebo with a bocce ball, and they have you sit outside and have your coffee. I think they even have a courtyard where you can have your lunch outside and they have grounds where you can take a walk. There's a path that goes around the circumference of the building so they take them outside for a walk when the weather gets warmer. We looked at the apartment when they were just freshly painting when someone moved out. They redo the room paint, they freshen it up, and it's very clean. The staff was very informative, and she gave us tours of different rooms. There are larger rooms also, but they were a little bit pricey. In the particular room that she showed me, you could have a couch and chairs. It was too big per se for a person that wants to get involved in other activities, cause then they might just tend to stay in their room. Where my mom is, it's just a bedroom, and it has a little living room, but it's not as huge as this other room that they showed. We had lunch there. I went one time, and then the second time I went, we brought Mom for lunch. And then they showed us a tour of the memory care unit. So we did have lunch, and it was very good. Everything is all-inclusive, whereas in other places, it's ala carte, they added on for services.

Atria Bay Spring Village was immaculate and well appointed. The apartment was well-laid out, fresh, and clean. The staff who assisted me during the tour was friendly and knowledgeable. The dining area looked very lovely and accommodating. I did not observe a lot of activities while I was there. I was given a list and there are several activities that the residents can take part in, but I did not witness them myself.

Atria Bay Spring Village was incredible. It had about everything that a person could need. There are medical people on staff and a fitness center where you could do therapy. There was a library. There are plenty of places for people to interact with one another. The room was very nice. It's not huge, but it had everything you would need, including a walk-in shower, which is important for my dad. It was like a nice hotel room. There's plenty of space for what you need to relax and perhaps some privacy. The staff seemed friendly. They gave me a dessert, but I didn't see the main meals or anything. There's a card room, a game room, and a place to watch TV and movies. They have staff members there who engage in and facilitate different activities. They have people who come in and will do activities and lead activity groups.

My father-in-law is in Atria Bay Spring Village. It's beautiful. The grounds are kept beautifully. There are tons of greenery and flowers and a nice little wood-lined area. The inside is very clean and up-to-date. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. They have a calendar of activities, daily music, daily exercise, daily news, and a walking club. He is in an apartment all by himself, but the rugs were brand new. Everything's very clean and meticulously done. It looked great. He's got a beautiful view of the outside landscaping and they keep it clean as well. We've gone there a couple of times and it's always smelling good and everything's always very neat and orderly.

I toured Atria Bay Spring Village. The place was very easy to find because I'd never been in that area of Rhode Island before. The facility itself was better than I expected. It was very clean and very organized. The people were very friendly towards the residents from what I saw. During the tour, they showed me the facilities that they offered, and it was almost like a very nice hotel. What I saw was like in a hotel room. I saw some plans that they had like a single bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment-style, but I did not see those. The person that showed me around, gave me all the information I could want, and gave me some handouts and some fliers as well as a full tour. The staff was exceptionally helpful and answered every question I could think of. They were very, very nice, and the facility was nice. They gave me dessert, I gave that to my mom, and she enjoyed it very much.

I went to Atria Bay Spring Village. It has a cozy, old time feel. It's a beautiful, clean facility. The people are extra nice. The apartments are really big for the price of it. I was surprised there. It's laid out beautifully and there aren't any rooms that I can see that don't have a view that you can enjoy. The residents there seem to be sweet and they cater to their every interest, any interest you can do, and they also take them out. They can schedule bus trips for doctor's appointments, and also they have bus trips for just fun and shopping, so I liked that very much. The staff was warm, welcoming, and caring, but they did make sure that safety precautions were allowed for. We had to wear masks. I had to show my booster card, so nobody gets in that isn't screened, so that's a safety thing. The masks were all on the residents that I saw, and the staff. I did see the menus for food, it looked like a varied and healthy menu, and you could choose different things. Not as much as a restaurant, for sure, but a couple of things. You could either have a late lunch and a big dinner, or a big lunch and a late supper.

My mother just moved into Atria Bay Spring Village. She's only been there a week, and she's quite comfortable and happy. They have very nice staff and very professional. She's very happy, which is great for the first week because normally she's not. They've been nothing, but accommodating. I am totally pleased with their service. She's in her 80's, and she has been nothing but thrilled with everything: the food, the people she's met, and with the help she's received. Cleanliness and upkeep are wonderful. It smells great, and it's clean as a whistle. It's like you're going there to enjoy life. It's clean; it's welcoming, and they're lovely.

I visited Atria Bay Spring Village. It's gorgeous, it's very updated, and it's very clean and friendly. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive. It's spacious, and it has all the safety measures the seniors need, like grab bars and all of that stuff. I saw the menu, and it has a large variety. They have a barbershop, transportation, activities, and they go on outings.

Our experience with Atria Bay Spring Village has been very good. It's beautiful and very clean, and the people are very friendly. They have physical therapy, a hairdresser, a movie room, an activities room, a courtyard, cleaning service, three meals a day, and nursing staff. My mother is very happy with the food. She's only gone to one activity so far, but she's happy with it.

Atria Bay Spring Village was wonderful. They're all so welcoming and friendly, whether it's the dishwasher or the head of the whole place. The rooms were small. The dining area was beautiful and spacious. I've had four meals there so far, and they've all been excellent. They have art experiences, two different types of physical morning and afternoon every day, musical things, science things, and history things.

My father-in-law is now at Atria Bay Spring Village. The place is well taken care of and easy to maneuver. The staff members all seem very nice. The dining area is clean, and the food is delicious. There are lots of different games, they play bingo, they have different exercise classes, and they do the rosary. They do a good job with the activities.

My mother loves Atria Bay Spring Village. It's a wonderful and very caring community. They have lovely staff members. It's a very clean place and they're very attentive to the residents. We have absolutely no complaints or concerns at all. The staff members are incredible when it comes to knowing every single person who walks in the door, almost like extended family members. They call them by name, and they know who you're visiting. They offer three meals a day, entertainment, games, movie nights and concerts on the grounds, shopping trips, and shuttles to doctors' appointments. They have a courtyard. You can have a one-bedroom or a studio, and she chose a large studio.

Atria Bay is just close by. The staff seems to be okay but nothing outstanding. My relative thinks that the rooms are not homey; she thinks it’s like a hotel. The food and dining setup is okay. However, they need more activities as they only have bingo and very occasional trips outside but they should have more trips and things.

Atria was very nice. I would give it high marks, and it was my choice for my mother. The facility was in great shape. It didn't look very industrial or commercial. People seemed happy, and it was pleasant. It had a good Alzheimer's facility. It was more of a home-like apartments. The dining area looked nice.

We used the Atria Barrington for my husband because we're very close to them. Everything was excellent. The food was excellent. The accommodations were very good. They had cards, socializations, music, and get-togethers. They have everything. Their rooms were beautiful; they were like a hotel. The dining room was fabulous. My husband loved the meals. We had no complaints at all.

I researched and found Atria Bay Spring Village by myself, and from previous experience from a friend. The building and apartments were beautiful and immaculately clean. The staff were wonderful. When you walked in, it was like walking in a hotel. My aunt was very happy with the food and the service.
