Washington Square Apartments features 2 studio apartments and 150 one bedroom apartments. The rent is based on 30% of your income and all utilities are included. The age limit will be waived as to those persons qualifying as “handicapped” within the provisions of the HUD Regulatory Agreement according to Social Security guidelines.
