My brother-in-law stayed at Timber Ridge Health Care. They were good, and they kept me informed with everything going on with him. He was there just for rehab because he got sick and got an infection with his gallbladder. He was in the hospital quite a bit and we felt that he had to go on rehab before he gets home. It was Covid, but I was able to go in at that time, and it was a no-contact visit by his window. Because of Covid, they won't let anybody in, and we weren't allowed to do anything.

My father was placed here for physical therapy after brain surgery. He had little to no mobility and a confused stated of mind at times due to the progression of his cancer. First, they would let my father lay for hours in soiled clothes in his bed to the point he was getting skin irritation. My mother and I would be the ones to typically change him into new clothes. Second, my father was part of a clinical trial designed to control his cancer which required him to be attached to an electronic device 24/7. The people at TimberRidge would constantly turn it off that he would only be on it a handful of hours a week. They didn't know that the trial people kept a record of how often it was on and let us know. I am 100% convinced that them doing this caused his disease to progress as he had been in remission until he went here. Third, my father was there primarily for physical therapy, one time i went it for a surprise visit during his "therapy" and found him in an empty therapy room in his wheelchair facing the wall. He was unable to move the wheelchair on his own. I waited over an hour waiting for someone to show up. God knows how long he was there before i showed up. This was the last straw and we took him out immediately

The physical therapist were not very helpful nor understanding to the needs of my father. The case worker Courtney, was on the other hand the exact opposite. I would never want to see anyone in this facility. The health department should really evaluate this place. My fathers belongings were stolen. He was refused basic treatments and care.

I was extremely pleased with the facility. I don't know why the facility is rated as low on the internet. The facility is clean and well-maintained. All my interactions with the staff was very positive without any complaints. I would definitely use this facility if needed again.

My father is currently at Timber Ridge for physical therapy because he had fractured his hip. I love it, although it is a little pricey. He's been in private and semi-private rooms depending on his mood and irritability, so it's very accommodating there. I love how clean it is. I'm very satisfied. The staff is compassionate and thorough. I don't know how they maintain a smile. Even working just eight hours around some of these people is very difficult, but these are amazing people. I just don't care for the food.

My mom is at Timber Ridge Health Center. The staff is wonderful, very attentive, and provided her with all the services that she needed. She has a roommate, but she is comfortable, and the room is very nice with nice furniture. They have different activities, like arts and games nights. The food is wonderful, and the dining area is clean and comfortable.

Nice building but patient care very poor, unless you can do for yourself.
