I just moved my mom in last week, as a only child and physician this was a very difficult transition for me and my family. The director crystal did such an amazing job of handling everything for us and made the transition seamless. Highly recommend this facility, crystal and the staff.

We toured The Province of Southampton. It's very welcoming. It feels like your own home, a very homey feeling, and comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, beautiful, and impeccably clean. They have a theater room. They have their dining room with menus that they can pick from. They have a gym. They have someone who can come in and do their hair if they need it. They have a special setup for that. They have a good bed. The staff was very friendly and very attentive. We did read the menus, and they're pretty varied.

The Province of Southampton was very friendly. They were very accommodating. The kitchen staff came out and introduced themselves. We saw some of the people that lived there, and everybody was very friendly. They showed us the grounds, the courtyard, the activity calendar, and the menu.

My dad has moved into The Province of Southampton. It's close to our home so we can visit more often, and then I like that he has the possibility of moving back and forth between personal care and memory care. If his level of care changes, he can move to a different section. The move-in experience was pretty easy. He has only been there about a week because once he got there, he had to get moved out for a hospital stay. So, he hasn't been there the entire time. The facility is new, which is very nice. The memory care side of it is in a circle, which we liked so that he can't get lost. And they have like a courtyard, so he has the feeling of going outside. It feels like a nice place to visit, too. For the most part, I would say the staff were friendly. The food is very good, and they have a menu so that there are choices every day. My dad is excited because they have like a pool table area. They have daily activities for them. They do food nights and flower arranging. They have a movie theater, which is very nice. They seem to have lots of activities.

My father recently moved into The Province of Southampton. It's been a very positive experience. He is assisted with showering and administering his medications. He has a couple of issues with his legs that require medical treatment that they continue to take care of. He said that the food is very good. The place is beautiful. It's very well maintained. It's warmer than I like it, but apparently, the older people like it that way. There's always bingo. They show movies usually twice a day. They bring in outside entertainment. Occasionally, they'll have special programs like Name That Tune in their little cafe. They'll listen to music and they try to name the song or who wrote it or who sang it. I heard they had a big Super Bowl rally and a big party. I know that they celebrate the veteran's holidays. On TV, they provide mass on Sundays and they bring in communion a couple of days a week. The main staff are the ones I've had a lot of contact with, and they're awesome. They respond very quickly. They get him any type of aid that he needs and clean him up if needed. Everything we're paying for is being taken care of, which is a good thing.

We're going with this facility for my parents. My mother will be moving next week, but my father is still in rehab. It's beautiful, brand-new, and gorgeous. It's a beautiful place and it's very helpful. This is probably the prettiest of the places I visited. I saw they have a beautiful theater, and I know they were on a day trip when I got there. I know they do different trips, and I know they have different weight rooms and stuff. I have only dealt with the sales manager so far.

It is brand new. Several of the people that were living there in the assisted living were actually in the lobby area and just came up to me and freely talked about living there and that was a bonus. Normally, that doesn't happen. I saw both assisted living and memory care and for assisted living, they have their own movie theater and they make popcorns for the people and give it to them as they go in. It's a beautiful place. They have many amenities that the others don't. They followed up every week, calling and finding out how my mother is doing, so they were great. They asked me what was my mother's favorite thing, and I said before she had this esophageal issue, it was chili. They even called and said that the chef had made chili and they wanted to deliver it to wherever my mother is. However, she's in the hospital, so that's not a good idea, but that was a very lovely thing to do. There are about three senior homes right in that general area, and it's not a big town. There's a lot of open space, so even though they are right off the main drag, they're in the back, far enough away, so there isn't noise or anybody's gonna get hurt. It's good, but they're a little too far from where my family is. Otherwise, It is the top choice.
