My father was a resident under hospice care for a week before his passing. The staff were incredible! Each person I came into contact was kind, compassionate and caring. They were quick to respond our many requests to keep him comfortable during his final days. A sad occasion was more bearable.

I am caregiver for a man who went to cleppers for physical therapy. I cannot stress enough what a terrible place this was. He was there for 5 days in that time he fell 5 times due to not having anyone around to assist him. He left after those 5 days and here is the most unbelievable part. cleppers kept a month of his meds since he left " against medical advice". Please if you love or care about someone DO NOT send them to cleppers! If I could give negative stars for this facility I definitely would .

This is worst place you could ever send your loved ones. The staff are not friendly, the rooms are not clean, the smell is horrible and your family members dont get taken care of....BEWARE of this place

Everybody's nice and cheerful at Clepper Manor, from the administrator to the staff, they talk to you. The aides and the nurses are above and beyond. They're very friendly, very caring, and they're very respectful to everybody there.
