My mother was a resident of Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center for rehab. The staff members were very attentive, helpful, and nice. The facility itself was nice and outstanding. They have a state-of-the-art rehab facility. They have physical and occupational therapies. They come around and like do your hair or your nails or something like that if you're interested. She didn't take part in any of the activities. The food was decent. I don't know about the money because it was covered by insurance, so I have no idea what they paid, but the care was very good.

This place is disgusting. I have a relative there and the care is almost non existent. She rings for help to get on to a bed pan and the wait is hours. Someone comes in and turns off the call light and says I'll be right back and it's an hour or more. This is uncalled for. The patient literally needs help in every aspect of care. She has almost no movement of her arms, legs and entire body. She is virtually a parapoliegic. The room is a mess. When they change her clothes they just throw the ones removed on to a chair or table or wherever. She has a laundry bag in a drawer which means nothing. Her meal last evening was a grilled cheese sandwich which wasn't even cut in half ,a coffee and small container of milk. No fruit vegetables or dessert. Not even a cookie. I am certainly going to look further into this facility and the lack of care. I will call and write to whomever I must to bring this to the forefront. When I there on a visit I heard a caregiver actually yelling at a patient who was across the call in their room. When she moved to the doorway and saw me staring her down she changed her demeanor quickly. For me this is not over.

Please please do not send your loved one here! My father was there for a month and was sent to ER 3x! All 3x he had a horrible UTI. One of the visits, the ER doctor said my dads bladder was 2 days away from bursting !! Staff does NOT care. My dad would FaceTime saying he was lost in the building, but he was in bed! He was delirious! They also sent him to an appointment in someone else’s clothing that did not fit! I got him out and he is thriving elsewhere. I honest to God wouldn’t send my pet to go there. The best is, my father had to pay $9,4440 for his stay! And I was on top of everything basically calling everyday . My heart hurts for the people there who don’t have family checking in on them. I can’t even imagine. Everyday there was an issue.

My aunt is at Allied Services Skilled Nursing Center. It's been limited with Covid, but the staff are very cooperative when I call. It's difficult because you can only schedule a half-hour appointment once a week to see your people. That's not their fault. They're just following the CDC guidelines or whatever. She seems happy enough there though. Hopefully it'll open up in a little while, and I can actually get in there and see how things are. The staff are very nice and very good, so far. The case worker gets back to me when I call. If I want to call and talk to her nurse, she'll talk to me. We don't have any problems there at all. I can't go upstairs. I can only meet her downstairs in a conference room. They seem clean and the grounds are nice.

I was a resident at the Rehab from 3/01/21 to 3/19/21. I was there rehabbing from a broken femur After 8 days I contracted Covid and had to quarantine for 10 days. It was one of the most awful experience of my life.I found the care poor Physical Therapy minimel ,rooms dirty, My sheets weren't changed in the 19 days I was there. Standards are very low. No dress code for staff. So many other things I could mention Please don't let anyone you know go there.

My father died April 16, 2020 of neglect. He died of pneumonia/covid. When phone calls were made to report what we could hear thru the phone, they were ignored. He was Short of breath, had a productive cough and they did nothing. Finally the Monday before he died I called the social worker because the nurse ,on previous calls ignored my concerns, that the family was very concerned might have pneumonia etc. Two phone calls to make them get a chest X-ray. He had pneumonia but by then too late. The nursing care on first floor is a joke. They need to hire real nurses who know their job. Eight days before he died I called with concerns about his cough. Ignored me. They don’t care. With the lockdown they were our eyes. I totally blame them for his death from neglect. If he had been home he’d still be alive because he would of had medical care. None at Allied.

Nothing remotely close to skilled nursing at this facility. No information regarding changes in patient medication nor medical issues are relayed to the family. Nursing staff does not monitor patients with critical needs nor do they seem to be concerned about alarming changes in the patient's condition- most do not become familiar with the patient's history so they can effectively be treated. Forget trying to communicate with the attending physician who is non-existent and unresponsive to changing patient conditions. Patient tasks are marked completed when they have not been done. Patients speaking up are treated worse than others who do not complain or are perceived as "a nice little old man or woman". Patients are given conflicting information by staff. Prepare to be with your loved one 24/7 to ensure they get the care they deserve

My father was at Allied Services Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. I think they need more staff. A lot of times they didn’t do what they’re supposed to do. They didn’t have enough people. The rooms were adequate. They're definitely big enough for 2 beds and 2 people and everything else. My father hated the food though. He thought it was disgusting. He hated everything about the food, but he was on a salt-free diet, and then he was on a regular diet. He couldn't get out of bed, so there were no activities. He had physical therapy, but they didn't have activities there. It is a rehab center.

Allied Services is working out fine for my mother. She has therapy, and she is taken cared of. It’s clean, and everything is up to standard. The people were good as well as the grounds. They take good care of everything.

I would like to know how this place received their rating. I had a finance who was their almost a year on the second floor with a very severe TBI, they are very good in stating what you want them to say . I was told that my finance passed away from a UTI infection which stated on his death certificate he died from respiratory failure. I'm just wondering when he went into distressed where were the respiratory people at this time. Was told by his son that a nurse walk into his room and found him gone! I find this very interesting. When you go into respiratory failure the trach alarms would have gone off and also their is a light on the outside of the room. So where were the respiratory people at this time while he was in distress. I worked in health care for 9 nine years and the only time you see a in the room was for meds, flush his feeding tube, etc. They are mostly sitting at the nurses station. Some aides seem to know more about what's going on with the patients then the nurses! There is a lot I's like to say, but what I can say from this journey don't let the hospitals force you to put your loved ones in a home until you can check it out, because you really need an advocate to speak for them, especially when they can't. They will just lay there if not. I believe that they should have to update their technology of care, even the supervisor! It's very sad that he was through so many surgeries and had to succumb to this!

My mom was up there at Allied Services when she had her hip replaced. The care was very good. There were 2 people in a room. It was very neat.
