This facility seems very nice from the outside and as soon as you walk in, but after you're there for a few minutes, the real scene unfolds. The staff doesn't come to the need of residents right away but are instead sitting down at a table chatting together, when they do answer the call bells most are not pleasant: yelling, attitudes, mocking residents, being rough. Aside from the unfriendly staff, the facility itself was dirty; dust at least 3 inches thick on ceiling fans that were blowing, ...
