Applications available at the Main Office located on the 1st Floor of the facility on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays 9:00am to 12:00pm. Model apartment available to view. Type of facility: Elderly Total number of units: 248 Elderly units: ALL Disabled Units: Limited Age Eligibility: 62+ Income Eligibility: Section 8 very low income and extremely low income Rent: 30% of income Waiting List: Yes; currently 3 months.
