They take the time to address any situations that need to be addressed. They're very professional. My friend likes the food. They have day rooms and people interact with each other. Penn Assisted Care was nice. It is a little small, but it may do good for my brother. There's a lot of people like him in the facility. The administrator was wonderful. He was so nice. It seemed like he cared about the people. It's in a nice location. The rooms were a little small but had a very homey feeling. It had an outdoor patio that allowed the residents to go out and be outside. The bathrooms are very clean.

We thought Penn Assisted Care was a very nice place. We thought it was a good place. The staff there was very good and very helpful. We met the guy that was in charge of the place and we were impressed. It seemed very good. The rooms were nice. They had roommates. It's not a single, it's a double, but they were very nice. They had a nice deck, too. They had a library, but there was no pool or gym or anything like that. They had activities. They go out and stuff like that. The overall atmosphere was good. I think the guy who runs the place is very, very committed to it. I don't think my friend is quite ready to go in there yet, but in the future, if this becomes necessary, I think it would be a good place to go.

Penn Assisted Care seemed very organized and well-staffed. The residents were very, very happy there, and everybody was very friendly. The staff who gave me the tour was really good. He was very patient and caring. He knew the residents and they knew him. He wasn't just the salesperson, he was involved with the residents there. The rooms were a nice size, and they were pretty much allowed to make it homey. I saw what they were eating and it looked like the normal home-cooked kind of food.

I toured Penn Assisted Care. My mom has Parkinson's and they're fully equipped to handle that. It's very clean. It's very basic and very outdated, but suitable for their needs. The staff was very friendly, very personable, and very knowledgeable. They seemed well trained. It seems like they have a decent number of options for activities and visitors. They also have basic TV, games outside, and things in the area.

Penn Assisted Care is number one on our list right now. It was very homey, the director was quite friendly and answered all our questions. It was a little on the small side, but that was part of the charm because it wasn't real crowded. The residents there seemed happy and content, there was a nice patio for them to go out and sit on. It was in a very quaint, small community. The bathrooms were a little on the small side, and they share the bathrooms in the hallway.

We visited Penn Assisted Care for mom. The appearance was good, it was clean, and everything seemed satisfactory. It seems like a nice place. We looked at a room with two beds, it looks clean and everything was adequate. The person who assisted me was very helpful and gave a good explanation of everything. We saw the dining area, it looked nice. We saw some people sitting, relaxing, watching TV.

The staff are kind and patient and I have been very impressed so far. The building is kept very clean. I’ve read some reviews and feel they are unfair. The place is not fancy but the price is very reasonable and they seem to focus on what’s really important.

Penn Assisted Care is not the fanciest place. It has a lot of psychiatric patients. My brother-in-law does not like the food because it's very redundant to him. I think he's having a hard time adjusting. The staff is very friendly and the place itself is very clean. His room carries two single beds, double dressers, and two night stands. They don't have any activities. My brother-in-law gets medical oversight, and meals and snacks.

Penn Assisted Care's staff was very good and friendly, but I wasnt crazy about the facility. It just looked old and outdated. It was more of like a frat house kind of atmosphere than an assisted living complex.

Penn Assisted Care was nice, the people there were very nice, and it was very clean. It was small, a little cramped, but it seemed like a family. It's very homey. They have a porch, they hang out there, and they go to the movies.

The staff at Penn Assisted Care was very nice and very friendly. There were two people to a room, and the rooms were very nice. The place was clean, and it didn’t smell. It was right on Main St, which I really like. It was right in town, and it was convenient to banks, restaurants, and drugstores. I really liked it, my daughter liked it, and he liked it, but he is not ready to go yet. It was very clean, and the staff was very nice. It was small; that is why I like it.
