We are a voluntary, not-for-profit organization committed to bringing home healthcare, hospice, and supportive services to people of all ages so that families can stay together at home, even when facing the challenges of aging, a recuperation from surgery, or when dealing with a chronic or life-limiting illness.
SUN Home Health and Hospice is the only area home health agency providing 24 hour coverage with a nurse answering your phone call. When you call, a SUN Home Health specially educated staff member will answer your questions and provide you with the help or information you need regarding referrals, insurance authorization, visit scheduling issues, general health information and current patients receiving home healthcare.
