This may be a longer review but hopefully worth the read. Our mother had reached a point in life when assisted living was necessary. She was VERY reluctant to go. Well it took about 2.5 weeks and she didnt want to leave. The place is clean and well maintained. The food is made fresh and is good. If our mom doesnt like what is on the menu, the kitchen staff will make her something else. She gets dessert after lunch and dinner. Special mention to the executive chef, she makes sure each resident is happy and well fed. In our opinion, the staff makes the place top notch. From the director, the management staff, receptionist, nurses. med techs, aides, maintenance or food service…everyone is polite and friendly to the residents. They know everyone by name. and they take good care of our mom. She wears a pendant so she can ask for help when needed. Juniper is expensive. The base price can increase depending on the level of care but we sleep better at night knowing she is at Juniper.

I visited Juniper Village at Monroeville. It was a very pleasant, comfortable type of feeling I had when I was there. A kind of a homey type of feeling. The staff was very nice and very helpful. They had a library there and an activities room, too. They had a dining room where you could go to eat.

We went to look at Juniper Village in Monroeville. We liked the staff and the cleanliness. What they offered was impressive. They have different floor plans and activities for the people there. They accommodated my father's needs. The people that we ran into seemed pretty nice and friendly. The staff was patient and informative. The dining area was really nice and clean. The residents were friendly, so it felt welcoming. The patio was really nice. It was decorated with flowers.

Juniper Village at Monroeville is pretty nice and clean. It seems like it is well-staffed and they have been very accommodating to my mom. The food's good and the rooms are more spacious than I thought they'd be. I am impressed. They have a nice cafeteria, big lounges everywhere, and an ice cream buffet, which I thought was kind of neat.

I toured Juniper Village at Monroeville. It is a nice place, but I prefer another facility. I saw a two-bedroom that was quite nice. The part that I didn't like was, it was very costly. I only met Colleen, she was a nice lady, and she would be the person to talk to. From my understanding, they're having staff problems, and they're trying to bring people in now. That's one of the reasons why we didn't go there.

My dad moved in and I think is an excellent, clean facility. The people are nice. When I walked in the door, they had this picture frame saying, “Welcome Pam.” They gave a tour and showed me the room. The staff is very gracious. The facility is beautiful, which is why I chose it. They have on-site physical therapists and occupational therapists that work with the patients.

It is really nice. They are very helpful. The place is clean, and they take care of him fine. They have places for people to go out. They sit on the porch, and they sit on the park like area. I think they also have activities. This one looks like a country club. My father-in-law has been living there for over a month now.

We all volunteered to visit members of our church who are in the local facilities. It was always nice, clean, and cheerful looking. The rooms were clean and roomy. Sometimes we would walk in, and they'd be playing bingo or passing a ball around. They were pretty secure. You either ring a bell or sign a note before they let you go through the main part of the building. I do recommend them, and in fact I have a distant aunt there now, but I haven't been up to visit her.

I visited and it was very nice, beautiful, and very clean. The residents were doing some sort of group activity, and other residents were eating lunch. We walked by the physical therapy room, and there was somebody in there doing physical therapy. I was very impressed with everything -- the staff and facility itself. The accommodations for the residents were very nice too.

Mom is living here and I highly recommend it. It is a wonderful facility and an excellent fit for my mom. It is a very clean place, which is very important to me. It is also more conveniently located for my family. The staff is extremely caring. All the people who work there are very nice. They have activities going on all the time. Overall, it has a very good environment for my mom who is a very social person. Since day one, they bring her out of her room. We never get a hold of her and that is good because she is encourage to go to the common area and socialize with the other people there whether it be playing bingo or cards, or watching movies or sitting on front porch just watching the traffic go by.
