I'm currently living in Canvas Valley Forge. I doubt that I'm going to stay here because they increase the rent substantially for a lot of the people. They get you in and then they raise the rent for the next year. It's a 55-plus apartment building. I am impartial. I can't give any positive or negative. It's convenient if you like to be in the middle of a shopping center. The staff is very cordial. I've only been in my apartment, and it's dark. It's not very sunny. It's dreary. It's independent. There's no purchase of food and there's no provision of food. There's a coffee machine. There is a common area, but no dining room. There's a little game room, an exercise room, and a small outdoor pool. They have exercise programs, but I don't take part in them. They have yoga. There's not much staff. They have downstairs the manager and the person who runs the apartments.
