Don’t let your loved ones come here. The aids are not nice to the elderly. It smelled like urine down the hall and the patients are crammed 2 in a room for a 1 patient room. Sad!!

Yes what I wanted to say is that Nugent’s nursing home isn’t a good place to live they are understaffed , never answer the phone when I call… food is served lukewarm, nurses are not at all friendly at station 3 and it smells worse than any other nursing home I’ve visited I’ve given u enough info

The worst facility I ever visited. They don't care about the residents at all. Their are a couple nurses who should not be there at all. No compassion at all. They do NOT even try to interact with the residents.

My experience with the assisted living provider was well, half of the time. Sometimes the staff would slack off, so I would have to step in and do what I had to do to make sure that my family member was comfortable. Most of the time, they were on time with their meals. The place is pretty clean except for the hideous smell going throughout the nursing home. I know that that is how most nursing homes smell most of the time, but I would think that they would at least try to prevent the smell a little bit. Every time I come to visit, they greet me nicely and politely. They are very nice and polite at the nursing homes, even if they slack off a little. Also, one thing that I don't like is the fact that most of the times they only have one nurse working the floor at a time. I believe that they need to have more workers on a floor at a time because what if one nurse is busy while a patient is in pain? The nurse will not be able to get to the patient in time. That is a major problem in this nursing home. I believe that they need to hire more people.

The Nugents assisted living facility seemed to be a very pleasant place for my great grandmother to be staying. The staff was very nice, and was very good withing helping and catering to my sick grandmother. Overall, the service recieved there was wonderful and definitely recommended to anyone who would be looking for an assisted living caregiver.
