This facility is the cleanest that I have ever visited. The staff is friendly and are very attentive to the residents. Lee is the greatest. He is always willing to help the families of the residents with any questions or concerns. I have called him so many times and he has always returned the calls even after hours. I have seen him around the residents and he is a very caring individual. Ardent - Warminster should be very proud to have him at their facility. Families can be confident that their loved ones are being care for and respected.

My father is in Arden Courts of Warminster. It's very clean. There are no smells at all. The landscaping is nice, and the inside is nice. It's colorful and cheerful. The staff is wonderful, very kind, and very compassionate. They make a point of making sure that they always talk to me and my mom and let us know how my father's doing. I have not tried their food, but my dad seems to like it. They talked about history that my dad could relate to (because he's a veteran), they played oldies, and we did a Name That Tune. Some of the people I saw one time were dancing. They do a lot of different things with them. His room is very well organized. They have the head of his bed face the bathroom. That jars his memory to know that "I need to go to the bathroom when I wake up." It's very well organized to help with his memory. They make it small because if it's too big and overwhelming, it would be way too much for him. I'm very happy with everything. Everything that they said that was covered is covered and if it's not, then they let us know, like diapers and wipes.

My dad moved to Arden Courts of Warminster a month ago. I would recommend it really highly. It's expensive but they're good at what they do, they specialize in memory care. They always take good care of him, they're always cleaned up, they always get good meals and the rooms are kept nice and clean. They have a nice outdoor area for spring and summer too. He's in a private room with his own bathroom and he's very comfortable with it. The facility is like new, it's only about 10 years old and they offer all kinds of programs and continuous education. It's really nice and modern. They still do activities for the residents at the moment like ball games. They also have occupational therapy, they do walks, singing, painting, and things like that. The staff is very polite, they answer questions and they don't try to hurry you up and get you off the phone.

We visited a neighbor at Arden Courts of Warminster. The staff is very friendly, and they are right on top of things. My neighbor has a private room, and it is very well kept. The facility is for Alzheimer's patients, so it is a secure building. They have a few tables in their dining room, and I think they're six people to a table. They do have a lot of activities there, like somebody would come in and read for them. They have different games that they play, and they also have crafts for the people. What impressed me is the friendliness and how they care for the people there.

My wife has been a resident at Arden Courts of Warminster since November 19, 2013. Before placing my wife my family and I visited many other communities. Arden was recommended to us by a social worker and physician. We could not have placed her in a better community! Everyone from administration, caregivers, cooks, and housekeeping are very caring. They take time to talk to the residents and are all concerned about the residents needs. In addition, Arden Courts has monthly support groups for families and friends which are very helpful. They have many functions that families can participate in such as a special Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas party, and barbecues. I would highly recommend Arden Courts to anyone who is looking for memory care.

I liked it there. Arden Courts is a very nice place. They take care of the people. I would highly recommend it. They're very modern inside and have remodeled the facility. It's very clean and the atmosphere is very friendly. The workers are very nice. They really took care of my mother-in-law in every respect -- with her medicine, helping her walk, and whatever else she needed. They have different entertainment every day. They have people come in to sing. Sometimes they even have a band come in to play music and there's Bingo, too.

My dad was at Arden Courts, and he wasn’t happy there. He wasn’t happy because some of the staff were a little bit gossipy. We already called their attention to that, and I think they were corrected. The rooms at Arden Courts didn’t have locks on the door, and the guy across the hall from my dad just walked right to my dad's room and used the bathroom. The rooms were a little bit small, and it was hard to protect privacy. With their food, they match it to what the residents like. My dad likes ham, and so sometimes, if other people were having turkey, they would give my dad ham.
