My father-in-law has been in Saint Anne Home for two weeks now. It's been good so far. I like that it's Catholic and that they will eventually accept Medicaid. His room is nice and clean. The staff members are nice. They are still not eating together. There are separate tables due to COVID. He likes the food though. There's a courtyard, too.

I did a tour of St. Anne Home, and I thought it was very nice. It was very clean, and the grounds were very pretty. The nurse that showed us around was extremely knowledgeable and well informed. Most of the rooms that we saw were small. We saw mostly small rooms, and we saw one very large unit, but we didn't get to see in between. They did have one size in between, but we didn't get to see any of those because they were full. We saw the dining area, but we did not see a menu. It was laid out as a school room, because of COVID, so there were separate tables, like single tables for each person to eat at, which was a little bit strange. In terms of activities, they offer the mass every day, that was the only thing we talked about.

My mother has been a resident of Saint Anne Home. We haven't been inside, but the care has been really good. The staff members are excellent. They call if there are any changes or if there are any occurrences at all. They keep us updated. My mother's room is just a plain room and it's shared. They play bingo, they have manicures, they have reading, they have music, and things like that. I think the building has been there for awhile, but it has been remodeled.

Saint Anne Home was very nice, but VA would not pay for it. It was expensive. The rooms were very nice, and they had a new wing. I liked their bathing facility. It had a nice tub where they place the person in easily. We just couldn't afford it. The facility was wonderful. They also had green spaces where you could take your loved one.

My mother is in Saint Anne Home Greensburg for rehab. We're pretty pleased and we didn't really have any complaints. I think the staff is very good, my mom had good treatment. I thought the food was excellent, but my mother is picky. She participated in bingo, they made jewelry, and she did art class, an exercise class, ball class and a lot of the activities. Her room was clean, she had somebody else in her room but the lady wasn't in the room very often. Overall, the room was fine. When you ask questions, the staff answers you right away.

When my Dad came here late in 2017, he was very much in harm's way - We were not sure he would survive until the end of the year. Here we are, over a year later and he is not only still with us, but dramatically improved ! We give all the credit to the medical staff. They are professional and very competent. The facility itself, is clean and functional. The food is probably average but nutritious. (Dad has gained 15 pounds since he arrived.) The staff is friendly and very good at communicating with the family. A drawback is probably the same at many such facilities... It is a difficult type of environment to work in, hence, there are occasional staff shortages. Administration tells me they are working to find reliable additions for the team. St Anne Home is pricey but we looked at a number of venues before making a decision and are happy with our choice. The proof is in the result - We still have Dad and he is happy !

They give you a bed until your money runs out and then you find yourself in an ambulance and leaving 'your home' only to get in collections and financial trouble. But the place is dark, uninviting, and so boring that I suggest a walk through. Not with an admission person through because you will not see where they will place a parent. Look in the ends of the halls and ask yourself if you can see a parent there to just hate it.

My mother has been there for over 2 years and everyone is wonderful. The rooms are either new or have been remodeled so it is very clean, bright, and cheerful. We have regular care plan meetings and they keep meticulous records of how she is doing and address any of our concerns and questions. Her overall health has improved since she has been there. She is 97 and was so frail when she went there that we thought she was in her final days. She has dementia and everyone is so loving and patient with her.

I can't speak about the nursing home part but we did not have a good experience with the rehab and skilled nursing part. Very poor care and not so great physical therapy. Go look at other facilities in the area before taking a loved one here. Wish we had.

My mom was at St. Anne’s Home. She enjoyed being there. She felt she got good care. The staff seemed to be great. The only problem now is they seemed to be short-handed. She liked the rooms but they’re small and old. They’re in the process of remodeling.

St Anne Home has been very helpful. The help has gone over to help us through the situation where my father in law passed away, and they helped us immensely. They welcomed my mother in law and got her involved with the groups and activities. She’s in a different level; she’s able to do more for herself. I walked in my mother in law’s place, and I always saw the floor clean.

St. Anne Home was a well-kept facility. The only downside to it was that it has three floors, so there would be a need to use an elevator. Unfortunately, my mom is not really good with elevators. Their rooms were very nice. I would definitely recommend this facility to others. We would put my mother in there only if she qualifies. They do have requirements before they let you in.

The facility was very clean, quiet, and orderly. The staff clearly cared for the residents, and the Catholic tradition was evident. We were concerned with my uncle moving into an assisted living facility because he does not easily accept help from people, and we wanted to make sure that he would be taken care of by people who could deal with his stubborn personality. We found this to be the case, and he transitioned into this new lifestyle well. The only downside was that my uncle had to move rooms (not at his request) 2 times in a short period of time. We understand that sometimes these things are unavoidable, but it was difficult for a man who had some health problems and issues adjusting to begin with. It therefore took some time for him to feel "settled" and comfortable. Aside from that, we were very pleased with the care that my uncle received at St. Anne home.

This location is very attentive to the care and well-being of its inhabitants. I can honestly say, that knowing people who have put loved ones in the care of this facility, they more often than not have great things to say about this place. It is known throughout the region as a caring and helpful place for those who cannot live on their own anymore. I would recommend this place to anyone who cared to ask, and I am confident that this location will give top notch care to its residents. The staff at this location are very kind and friendly and seem to truly care about those who live here. If I were to pick a place for my family members to go to if they needed care, I would certainly consider this option. I hope that this review will help others determine whether this location is right for them and their family members.
