We chose Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge for my dad because it's very accessible. He's in assisted living. My interaction with the staff is very good. The maintenance and cleanliness are very good too. They have an outdoor patio. There were games like word games that they were doing. We were not able to try the food due to Covid. We were not allowed to dine with the residents. It's pretty good, so far.

My mother is going to Saint Mary's in Erie on West Ridge Road. We are very impressed with the place. She's going be in independent living with personal care. It's very clean, updated, and really nice. The staff was friendly. I have no complaints whatsoever about it. It's modernized and very well maintained. The girl that took care of us, did all the paperwork, and took us on the tour was exceptionally nice, helpful, answered all our questions, and took as much time as we needed. We looked at the menu, and it's great. They have a whole variety of food you can choose from. People were wearing masks. They were going about their business doing whatever they do on a daily basis. They're still doing all their activities and everything; you just have to wear a mask. The activities were great.

My mom went to rehab at Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge. We were able to get an apartment for her there with nursing care. My mom is doing fine, and they were wonderful with her. She had pretty intense physical therapy and took good care of her. She was in love with the food. I think she really liked it there and is now living in their residential area. The staff is great. The grounds are lovely. It's a very nice, well-kept, clean, and quiet facility. They have bingo, therapy dogs, and occupational and speech therapy. They also had movie nights, a library, and computer. If you're able to, they also have transportation out to places several times a week. I would highly recommend them.

My mother-in-law was at Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge. I wasn't happy at all. She was there for her hip therapy. She had aortic stenosis which was causing dizziness, and that's what's made her fall to begin with. I understood that they couldn't do any more therapy, but she had an aortic valve replaced. She is 88 and when she gets up too fast, she's lighthead. She only had two weeks of physical therapy for her hip therapy, but they stopped because they said she was complaining that she was dizzy. I was not happy with that. I even told them that I talked to her, and she said she didn't say she was dizzy. It was just lightheadedness when she stood up. Overall, the food was fair, and a calendar with activities is in her room, but those were nothing compared to what she is being offered now.

St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge was a wonderful place. The rooms and apartments were very nice, and the staff was wonderful. They had activities and things for the residents to do. Nobody was sitting around in the halls, and that was good. The price was very expensive, but the location was very convenient. The people were very nice, and the security was good.

I liked the layout of Saint Mary's at Asbury Ridge. The rooms were nice with a good set up. They had a little gift shop and a cafe.

The rehabilitation staff was very friendly and marvelous. They diligently worked with my grandmother to help her regain her mobility after having a leg amputated due to infection and poor circulation. She also had a wonderful nurse caring for her who knew our whole family and was very kind and close to my Grandmother. It made me feel safe and comforted to know that this aide was there. However, the staff in the cafeteria was a constant source of pain for us. They continually complained and were slow to deliver the food my grandmother needed, and did not seem concerned with adhering to her diet recommendations. Further, whenever we tried to have her leave the facility to go to a family gathering, the medical staff was slow to comply with our request, and we would have to sometimes wait hours to have her medication administered so she could leave, despite the fact that we had put in the request weeks ago. Overall, the facility was good but certain aspects of the home left much to be desired.

Saint Mary's was a very nice place for my grandmother to stay after she had a stroke. She needed assistance with everyday tasks like cooking and laudry but was still able to care for herself. The staff at Saint Mary's assisted her with what she needed without "over helping" in a way that would further disable her. Thanks to their loving support and assistance she was able to regain use of her left arm and is now back home living on her own. The facility is clean and has an inviting astmosphere.
