Rooms were never cleaned. My relative was not treated with care. Her personal care was lacking . Would not be attended to for hours . Was supposed to be put in a wheelchair at mealtimes and this very rarely occurred. Staff was not caring .

If a friend or loved one currently resides in this facility, get them out of there ASAP. Although the decor may look fancy, good luck trying to find the staff. And if you catch one of them in a bad mood, expect to be treated roughly. Certainly, the dietician we dealt with was just about the rudest person we've ever encountered. As for "activities", there were none. Cleanliness: nope, not much of that either. Food was OK on good days, but the menu was extremely limited. And if you aren't there at mealtime, forget about eating. This facility is a nightmare, and we are very glad our relative is out of there. And I'll be amazed if this review is actually published.

scariest place to leave a loved one. no one on the staff seems to know what they are supposed to do. no one really cares about the residents needs .and if you have a question or concern about your loved one nobody can get answers. many loose ends. very understaffed and even the higher up employees will tell you this.

The facility itself was very, very nice. It was brand new, and well designed. My grandmother liked the facilities because they were well lit, spacious and lush. Many good things to look at. The operations of the facility were not nominal. They were very understaffed and the staff were undertrained and inexperienced. The staff often had very little information on my grandmothers needs, they were rushed and made many mistakes. The managment was difficult to get ahold of and were difficult to work with when changes to her care needed to be made.
