I have visited Mercer Hill at Doylestown. It's beautiful. It's a very nice new place. They have a dining room, and they serve three meals a day included with the rental. There's an entrance fee to come in. You don't buy your apartment, but you pay by the month. They also have personal care available, and then they have something called memory care. If you need a lot of attention, they have that as well. They have a movie theater, they have a post office, they have a nurse's office, and they have big spaces where you can sit outdoors. It's very nice and nicely furnished. It's just outside Doylestown, and it's quite near my doctor's office. It's a brand new place. They have balconies. It's very nice. They showed me independent living and that's what I'm looking for. I and my partner want a one-bedroom apartment or a two-bedroom apartment. I'm on the wait list now. It filled up right away. You can have a pet. You pay a fee to bring your pet, but a one-time fee for a pet. I have not had a chance yet to sample their food. However, they have a cafe where you can eat, they have a pub where you order drinks, and then they have the main dining room. The physical appearance is very nice. They have a very nice movie theater. They have two showings a day, afternoon and evening.

Mercer Hill at Doylestown was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant. It had beautiful soaring ceilings and lovely furniture. The rooms were nice and had private baths. It's brand new. They have a beauty salon. The dining area was very pretty. They take them out from the memory care into the assisted living dining areas. Then they go back to the memory care facility part. It's very fancy, very new, fresh, and lovely. There's pretty art on the walls. They had lovely little cats and dogs that move in the memory care part. Having toured a bunch of facilities, they didn't talk quite as much about how they focus on memory care. I didn't get to meet as much of the physical staff, and it's more expensive than others.
