What I liked about St. Martha Villa so far was the ease of move-in. The director there is very, very, flexible and understanding. Mom's living space is nice. She has a galley kitchen. So, she's got her own refrigerator, microwave, and a good-size refrigerator. The bathroom is huge and she's got a beautiful view right now. I can't complain at all. They have a beautiful garden area outside that's maintained by some of the residents. They have a nice walking path behind the building. They have all the regular amenities that you would have in a senior living facility as far as the interactions between the residents. They have washing and drying machines on every floor, where they also supply the soap. I met one of the maintenance people, one of the housekeepers, and the woman who sits at their front desk, and everybody's always very nice and very accommodating.

Had to pull my parent out because of lack of care and always short handed. Rather than worrying about the people learned their management is to busy using their maintenance guys to block trails in the back of their property from people walking their dogs in the woods then fixingissuesin the home. Also at the end of October 2024 was spending money to have tree companies come and drop off cut trees to block those and saw that with my own eyes. So rather worrying about getting staff to busy worried about people behind the property walking their dogs really.

We toured St. Martha Villa. I like where it's located, and it was on the grounds of a church, which was important to me. It wasn't too big. It was very well kept, nice looking, and very cozy, and not institutional at all. Everybody was friendly. They have a dining room and crafts room. They have a chapel. They have nice grounds to walk on. They have a bus to take you shopping.

I toured St. Martha Villa. The apartments were nice. The person who gave me the tour, we didn't hit it off at the beginning, although I think it warmed up as we went on. Especially, as I interacted with some of the residents, we looked at some of the activities or possibilities. It was much more enthusiastic. I saw the dining area but it was ten in the morning, so there were no meals being served. It was dim because they cleaned up from breakfast or whatever, and they were getting ready for lunch. I assume they turn the lights off to discourage people from gathering there except during mealtime.

I didn't like St. Martha Villa at all. The facility was kind of older and not upkept very well. They weren't very nice. The apartments were fairly spacious. I didn't see them doing anything except some were sitting in the dining room.

St. Martha Villa was very nice and the tour experience was also very nice. The place felt homey, and they're making improvements all the time. The rooms were generally adequate and were a good size. I saw the studio and a very nice 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom. The staff who gave the tour was very accommodating and wonderful. The dining area looks nice but we did not eat any food.

My mother is going to St. Martha Villa. I had looked at St. Martha's a couple of years ago, that's why I went back there. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff, but they were very helpful and informative. We were able to take a tour. They were very responsive and they've always called me back if I have questions. The rooms looked like they were adequately sized. They were comparable to where my mother is now. It looked like they were comfortable sized. It's a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. They try to include the memory care people in activities. The facility looked like it was in very good condition. It looked well-maintained and clean to me.

I toured St. Martha Villa. The person with the information was fine. But the facility was not nice. It was much smaller, narrower, darker, and older than the other place. The building didn't flow easily for someone. The rooms were older. The model room that they showed had cabinetry that was like scraped. It was older and not updated. They had a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a little kitchenette area. They had outdoor space, but it wasn't attractive. It didn't seem to be maintained or landscaped. It seemed kind of plain. There was a courtyard, an area of seating, and a gazebo and things like that.

This is a very nice facility; I simply could not afford to go there for assisted living. I would need 24 months of assets in payments which I do not have. Independent living going into a personal care room or classification is not something I could afford to do. I think you have to go there to find this out depending on your financial situation to see what you can afford and they will tell you...there is no trickery involved. The place is very clean and is very nice for someone who is Catholic, too. I had no complaints...it is privately run and out of my price range. Good luck to other families.

I toured St. Martha Villa for my mom. The tour was fine. I got to see a lot of the facility. It looks pretty rundown. I recall walking into a restroom, which was kind of near the dining hall area or the dining room area. There was also a restroom in another part of the building, and there were moldy tiles in the bathroom ceiling; that concerned me a lot. If that was in a public bathroom and public in that facility, what else was going on. I had concerns about the upkeep and cleanliness of the building. The woman I met with was very pleasant and very nice. I did not have interest in the place because of that issue.

I was able to see St. Martha Villa. The lady who conducted the tour was totally lovely. I felt like she really listened, she really wanted to understand the individual's situation, and she had a nice rapport with a couple residents that she interacted with in the course of our tour. It was a really nice experience. We were only allowed on the first floor because of COVID, but it seemed very nice, and it was absolutely fine. She showed me where there's these little lounges, and that was great, and an outdoor sitting area that would seem really pretty in the springtime. I had very favorable impressions. They do not have a swimming pool, but they have a garden/patio.

I thought St. Martha Villa was good. My parents were not 100% for it, so it was a very short visit, but I thought it was a good place. The apartments were not furnished, they were just empty, but they looked good. The receptionist and one other person were very positive. It was a short visit, more like an hour maybe, and one day. I just saw basically the room, the reception area, and where they eat. The dining area was nicely furnished. It wasn't eating time, so I didn't see what they were eating.

St. Martha Villa was very lovely. The person who showed me around was excellent. They didn't have shared bedrooms. You have to be in an apartment on your own, so my mom couldn't afford to stay there. The people we talked to seemed to enjoy the food, and the dining room was very clean and accommodating. We saw their calendar of events; there's something to do every day.

We visited St Martha Villa. We met with the director of marketing and she was very nice, she gave us a tour, and told us what they offer. It was very pleasant and was kept up very well. They had transportation and they could take them to place. They had nice sitting areas and hallways, and the decor was just very inviting and pleasing to the eye

St. Martha Villa was very nice. They have independent and assisted. My aunt was in there and liked the food. I knew she got very good care. One of the girls that I had for therapy when I was in another facility works there, and they have a good therapy team. The rooms were very nice. The assisted living had more studio apartments. It's immaculate and very clean. I liked the convenience of where it is and the help was very nice. I didn't run in to anybody that was nasty or anything like that.

The receptionist let me walked around the general area of Villa Saint Martha. I saw some folks playing bingo, crossword puzzles, while others were socializing. As far as the food for my mother, if she has certain dietary constraints they would cater to that and she would not be restricted. The staff are very friendly. However, they don't offer as much activities.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Villa at Saint Martha's. My grandmother was a resident there for a year. She had memory loss, so she resided in a high security wing with others that had memory loss as well. The staff was extremely patient with her and my grandmother came to grow quite affectionate towards some of them. She knew that they were her caretakers and truly appreciated it. My grandmother had her own room, which we were allowed to decorate with things from her home to make her feel at ease. There were daily activities planned each week and my grandmother was able to attend mass every Sunday. Every time I went to visit, the staff would welcome me warmly and let me know how she was doing that day. The facility was extremely clean and the residents all seemed well taken care of. I would recommend Saint Martha's for those looking to place a loved one in assisted living.
