It was time for my mother to move to an assisted living facility. After visiting many facilities, we selected Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. My mother has been living there for over 30 days now. We both agree this has been a very good decision. The staff patiently answered our many questions prior to moving in and supporting my mother during her transition. Several staff members visited my mother’s home several times to provide information. Based on observations, the relationship between staff and residents is very relaxed and comfortable. Residents are very friendly and my mother has already found a buddy to take daily walks. I consider the facility to be in very good condition and to be well maintained. My mother reports the food is very good and loves the desserts. In conclusion, we consider Keystone Villa to have been a very a very good decision and recommend Keystone Villa at Fleetwood to anyone looking for a quality and enjoyable experience in assisted living.

Our father needed extra help and absolutely didn’t want to go anywhere but home with me but I finally got him to try the Keystone Villa, his apartment is beautiful and his caregivers are amazing, the staff helping me to accommodate his needs are and continue to be amazing. This was to be a 3 month short stay !! Well it is now 6 months and Dad likes it so much and has made friends that he now is calling the Villa - Home ! We appreciate everyone who Dad has there , that puts a smile on his face everyday !! Everyone at Keystone Villa have become a part of our extended family!

I have been to Keystone many times since my parents are now living there. The rooms, building and grounds are immaculate. I've had relatives visit that have worked at other facilities and marvel at how nice it is. The food is superb! Always several choices and the wait staff is wonderful as well. The staff are wonderful, from the front desk to the rest of the staff. I have not had a negative experience with any. They show true care and concern.

Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is right across from the railroad tracks, and the scenery wasn't really that nice. It was OK. The rooms were fine. The person that took us around was fine, and she called me several times to check in to see how I was doing with locating because she knew we were looking at other places. I didn't like the location though, not only because of the railroad tracks, but as far as me getting to my doctors, I would have to go on bypasses and highways; I don't like driving on bypasses and highways. In their apartment they have a stove, a refrigerator, and a microwave. Other than the location, I can't complain about the cleanliness or anything. The food was very good, too.

The staff at Keystone Villa has gone above and beyond to make my father feel welcome. He hasn't been the easiest resident to deal with and he is still adjusting, but the facility is absolutely gorgeous, the activities are well thought out and I only wish he would partake in more of what they have to offer. Would I recommend this facility? Absolutely - 100% !

My mother (age 85) relocated from an Independent Living facility in Alabama to Keystone Villa in Blandon 3 months ago. The transition went smoothly thanks to the Staff at this location. She is fairly active and participates in many of the activities and excursions offered daily. She has made quite a few friends here in a short time. This facility is well staffed and they treat the residence with respect and kindness. In addition they offer other services such as physician visits, hairdresser and more. I see my mother a couple times a week and can truly say I’ve witnessed the interaction and energy from “ALL” staff members. My mother is happy and feels safe. The facility is clean and modern. The food is fantastic! Kudos to the Chef, the assistants and wait staff. It’s not easy pleasing everyone but they manage to do it. This was a great move for all of us thanks to the many wonderful people here and everyone behind the scenes we don’t see. I want everyone to know how much they are appreciated. Thank you

While the food and variety of activities are wonderful, the best part is the friendliness of the guests and staff.

I will be moving into Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. I could not find one negative thing. Danielle was the person who gave me the tour. It was just awesome. I've been there for one dinner and one lunch meal and the food was excellent. They have a salad bar, which is not to be believed. They have choices of several desserts. They have two selections at a meal, and if you don't like either one of them, you can request a hot dog or a pizza or something like that. If they have it, they will gladly do that for you. The meal was very good, it was very appealing, like a restaurant type of thing. The apartment is very nice and surprisingly has more room than I thought it would. The bathroom is wonderful. It's a walk-in shower, which is perfect for me since I have a bum knee and a bum left arm it. I wouldn't say the bathroom is big. I'm on the first floor, which is perfect because I have a dog. They are accepting pets. I had my dog at the check-up and gave them papers even though they didn't request them. They have a screening room. It's a very large screen, and they have tons of movies there. They have like a home theater thing. There are 15 chairs that tilt back and then there are five or seven regular chairs to sit on across the entire back. They have several game areas of shuffleboard. They have a pool table and craft rooms. They have what they call a pub, and they have some activities there. They have a fully equipped bar, which blew me away when I went there. It would be fun some nights to just go down and have a drink. I'm on the first floor, so in taking my dog out, all I need to do is open the door in my living room and right there is a little patio. It's a bigger area than I thought. There's grass right there so I can take my dog out and have her do her business. I don't have to walk through the entire facility. Danielle was excellent and the residents are so friendly. I went up last Sunday with my grandson, we took my stuff up. As I was signing in, all of a sudden, I hear some people calling me. Some ladies were sitting at the table, and Danielle set it up for people that she thought would best suit my personality. They are wonderful, funny, and they're so helpful. It's just awesome.

We went to Keystone Villa at Fleetwood the other day. It's beautiful. It sounded like a nice place. They showed us personal care. They have a microwave, a refrigerator, and a stove in their unit. The person who toured me around was very informative, very gracious, very kind, and very nice. They had a nice courtyard outback. They had chairs and a beautiful fountain setting where they had music, and I think they even had a barbecue out there. Everything was shaded so that you could sit up there and just listen to the tranquil water flowing. They had music out there every so often and you could sit out there and listen to a band or something. It's nice. They had residents that could sit out front and get some sun and fresh air.

My mom has recently moved into Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. The staff and the residents at Keystone are awesome. Lots of activities that the residents all love. If you are looking for a place to reside or have a family member looking for a place to reside Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is the best in Berks. Give them a call for a tour and you will definitely love it here too.

Keystone Villa at Fleetwood was very nice and very clean. It was just a little bit more pricey, but the people that we met were very nice. They play bingo and board games. Then they also have activities where they take them out for lunch. The staff all seemed very nice and friendly when they came in. They gave us a cobbler to take home with us, and it was good.

My Mother just became a resident last week. The transition to date has been effortless. Kendra, Liz and Melissa have been so helpful in welcoming my Mother. Everyone at Keystone Villas has gone out of their way to answer questions and make us feel that Mom is "home" in her new apartment. I am loving the fact that most often when I call to check in Mom is not in her apartment to answer the phone! It makes me so happy to know the Mom is safe and enjoying each day with friends and activities.

My mother will be moving into Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. We chose them because there are a lot of activities, they were very concerned about my mom's health and the room sizes are wonderful. The meals are delicious. So far, so good. Her room is very clean, very neat and large. They have a lot of activity rooms. It looks like it's gonna be very, very nice. They have a walking path, a pool table, a shuffleboard table, a movie theater, mailroom, a piano in the atrium, a kitchenette, and a lot of activities.

From the first time we took my Dad to visit Keystone Villa Fleetwood we were quite impressed with the friendly, caring and respectful way in which the caregivers interacted with the residents. This wonderful "first impression" continued as Dad first lived in Independent Living and as well as when he moved to the Personal Care side of the building. Everyone quickly got to know him and always called him by name, which was sure to put a smile on his face! He was not just a resident, he was a person the staff truly cared about and they were always willing to be helpful and do whatever was needed to make his life very pleasant. Dad was very happy living at Keystone Villa. The building was always beautifully decorated for each season and there are many areas that offer a variety of activities to keep the residents active. We had great peace of mind knowing that Dad was being very well cared for. Even during the pandemic, when we as a family were not allowed to visit Dad in his apartment, they made provisions for us to "visit" via FaceTime and later outdoor visits as soon as that was possible. Everyone was willing to go "above and beyond" their normal responsibilites to help care for Dad and all the residents, trying creative ways to interact with each resident. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone considering either independent or assisted living. The only question you might ask is - "Why didn't I/we move here sooner?"

My brother and I toured Keystone Villa when we looking for a place for our 94 year old mother. We were impressed with the facility itself with it's cheerful, clean and spacious rooms, community rooms and dining areas. Most of all we noticed how the personal connection between the staff and residents. It was clear how much the staff cared about the people they served. Both our tour guide and Sales & Marketing director took time to answer our questions and spent time learning about mom and her specific needs. A wonderful first impression!!

My mom moved into Keystone Villa at Fleetwood and it is very nice. She's happy with the food and her room, and we're still trying to settle things. At this point, we're having some issues with her medications, but other than that, we're happy so far. Probably it will take another month or two to make sure everything's running like clockwork. They have wonderful activities and I'm quite pleased with that. There's a library, music, they go out to different places, do cookouts, and do puzzles together and games together. So, they do quite a bit. They try to get everybody involved and I think that's a wonderful thing. Generally, all facilities are too expensive, especially for independent living, and Keystone Villa at Fleetwood's price is also high, but it is a nice place.

On our tour of Keystone Villa for possible placement of my 91 year old mother, we learned that every aspect of a person's life is addressed from, of course, their health and meals, to the many activities offered. The library and game rooms were impressive, and attention to detail cannot be overlooked. Kendra was wonderful and answered all of our questions.

My dad passed on May 2021. He was in assisted living for 6 years. When ever I had a question or a concern it would be addressed right away. Even with the covid they did everything possible to keep our love ones safe and kept the families informed. If I had to do it again I would not think twice about having a love one stay at the Keystone Villa of Fleetwood.

My mother and father lived at this facility for 4 years until they passed away. We were very pleased with the care they received. My parents needed personal care and Hospice at the end of their lives, and they were treated very well. I highly recommend that others can complete their lives in this beautiful way.

My mother moved into Independent Living last month after a few months stay in another personal care facility. She is DELIGHTED with her beautiful apartment, is given plenty of options for food, and is already taking advantage of activities like bingo and manicures! I am also pleased with the extra services that are available to help me as a working caregiver including on site "homecare" visits to help me keep track of how Mom is doing in independent living and access to medical services like a podiatrist. The staff made the transition easy and offered helpful tips. Every day when I talk to my mother she tells me how nice everyone is to her. That has also been my experience with all my questions and e-mails and calls and visits. It feels like "home" only better!

My brother is a resident on the Independent Living side of Keystone Villa at Fleetwood for the last 6 or so years. The facility is beautiful. The three story atrium is amazing and always decorated, along with the rest of the facility, for the appropriate season. The apartments are plenty spacious. More important, the staff is top notch. I've always known that, but came to appreciate it more and more each day as we all fought through this Pandemic. They have taken on the role of family for all of the residents who weren't able to see their families in person for months. They found creative ways to keep the residents engaged, be it "fishing" for prizes out the window or door-to-door custom-made omlets. Each of the staff members took, and continues to take, the health of the residents very seriously during this Pandemic. That includes making a commitment outside of work to do everything possible to stay healthy themselves so as not to endanger the residents and be able to continue the crucial work they do. They are to be commended. Many sleepless nights have been avoided knowing help is just a few steps away if it is needed. Healthcare Heroes for sure!

Before COVID, the staff was always friendly, eager and ready to assure that all their residents (which they know very well by name) were well cared for and engaged in finding activities that entertained and benefited their residents. During COVID, the staff has upped their game tremendously! They have been working very hard and have been very pro-active in doing everything they can to keep their residents safe! As family members we have been impressed time and time again by their quick responsiveness to any questions or concerns even in these busy and challenging times. They are constantly going the extra mile to be compassionate to and understanding of the needs of their residents. They have found ways to keep the residents engaged and stimulated even in these toughest of times. They like to have fun with the residents and truly love their jobs which adds peace of mind to the resident's families.

To say the staff at Keystone Villa is like a family seems to be an understatement! My mother resides in Independent Living. We lost my father (who was a previous resident) during this Covid 19 lock down & our family thought it best that my mother remain at Keystone instead of going out & risking contacting anything outside of the facility. With the staffs willingness & concerned efforts we were able to have my mother view the funeral & graveside services via FaceTime. Having someone with my mother during this most difficult of times & offering companionship, so she was not alone, gave us all peace of mind beyond any words we could express. My mother tells us often how fortunate she is to be living at Keystone & that they can't do enough for all the residents. We will be eternally grateful for all the staff has done, for not only my mother, but the other residents as well.

My Dad lives on the Independent Living side of Keystone Villa at Fleetwood. He was apprehensive about moving from his apartment and the decision was a difficult one for us. But after we met with with staff at KVAF some of his concerns were eased. He has been there for a little over a year now, and LOVES it. The whole team takes such good care of him. He is able to maintain his independence, which was important to him, but is provided with wonderful meals, cleaning, activities and care when he needs it, which was important to me. KVAF was the best choice for my Dad.

My Dad is a resident at the Keystone Villa at Fleetwood and my Mom was there also until she passed. They’ve been in both Personal Care and Independent Living over the past 6 years. It is a family oriented, caring environment where you know your loved ones are safe and well taken care of. When my Mom was there, on the Personal Care side, I slept better at night knowing how well the care givers took care of her. They will help you with all transitions - it’s so comforting to know that Keystone Villa is there for you. We’ve had multiple health issues with my parents and I don’t know what I would have done without their staff and caregivers helping me and my family. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions or if you are wondering if The Villa at Fleetwood is the place for you or your loved one!

I am very happy that my parents are at Keystone Villa Fleetwiod. The care by the staff is excellent and they truly care about the residents. Personally it lifts a burden off of the family to know they are taking medicines properly and if help is needed it is only a call button away. The staff also help by making suggestions to my parents how to makd everyday tasks easier. Our parents love us and we love them but sometimes tou need a mediator - this is when they slso step in. Three meals a day and someone noting if they are not going to meals. Communication from care givers is calming snd reassuring! They are all like extended family!

Keystone Villa at Fleetwood is a beautiful facility at which my mother-in-law is thriving. Her health has greatly improved in her nearly seven years there in Personal Care. A most important aspect of her health and well-being is that she is so happy there. She participates in the activities and has lots of friends. She feels loved by the staff, and they clearly care deeply about her. Our decision in choosing Keystone Villa is one for which we are very grateful.

My family member has been living here for many years. Everyone on staff is very friendly and accommodating. They offer many activity and social gatherings, which allow the resident to not spend all their time in the apartment. I am very pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep of the building.
