My aunt is a resident of The Residence at Bethel Park. All the staff has been wonderful. They've made the transition pretty easy for the family to be able to come in, set up her apartment, and get everything ready for her arrival. They have great activities there, and she's finally starting to branch out and try some new things, which is wonderful. There are a lot of different games like Scrabble, poker, bingo, and a lot of outings. She hasn't done any outings just yet. She has participated in bingo and poker, so she's interested in more of the game activities right now. It's new, clean, bright, and fresh. They decorate for every holiday season. They make it feel like a home.

I toured The Residence at Bethel Park. I like the size of the rooms, but I don't like the fact that they don't have a stove. The staff was very informative and answered our questions. They provide laundry, meals, and light housekeeping. The food looked good. The dining area was spotless.

We toured The Residence at Bethel Park. The director knows a lot about the industry. She's very hands-on. They're more of an active lifestyle there. However, my brother-in-law has a slight mental impairment, so that's why the other place is good for him because there's an older crowd and he always got around with older people more, but if you're a younger 60-, 70-, 80-year-old, you want to be at The Residence at Bethel Park. They had 'anytime' dining, which I thought was important for people who are active. If you're an active person, you're coming in and out, you want to care about your food whenever you want, so that was important. It was a more recent building, and it was a very homey feeling. The director impressed me the most. She knows every resident there. Everyone was very pleasant. The place was pretty, but it was beyond our price point.

My mother is going to choose The Residence at Bethel Park because of several factors. The director there, Erica, the sales director, Tina, and even the receptionist, they've all been very helpful and very kind in helping us with the move. My mom liked the 1-bedroom apartment she saw there, it seemed like it was a well-run environment. They had the amenities she was looking for. They're completely independent, except there is another company that has offices within the facility that also can provide additional services if needed, down the line. If she needs someone to help her dress or bathe or take her medications, they can arrange for that. Every month, they have a full list of activities, so you can be as active as you want to be, or not.

I have chosen The Residence at Bethel Park. The management seemed very, very nice. Her name was Dana. It's very nice and clean. The food was good. The people seemed happy there. They have all kinds of trips, outings, and activities every day. It's nice. The staff that I met were all very nice, and the people that were there seemed to be very nice. Of course, I didn't get to meet too many of them because I was busy looking at different rooms, like a studio and a one-bedroom. Everything seems nice. I didn't hear any complaints from the people who I ran into. They were all very nice. The room is just a small apartment, and the bedroom is big enough for a dresser, my bed, a TV, and a nightstand. It's not big-big, but you have enough closet and storage, and the shower is exactly the handicapped shower I have in my own home, which I've tried to sell. I'm coming from a 2700 square feet house, and since my husband and son both died last year, anything looks small to me because of the size of this house. Everything seems small, but it'll be big enough for me where I won't be rattling around here and try to keep this place clean and sell it at the same time. That place is going to be very convenient for me because I could eat anytime I want to. The dining room is open from 7:00 to 7:00. You don't have set mealtimes. And they have their special of the day, and they have a chef working there. I wasn't that hungry because it was late when I ate, so I just requested a grilled cheese sandwich, and it was really good. It had a nice amount of cheese in it. Then I had dessert, which was a coffee cake type thing with ice cream. The apartment was clean. They supply sheets and towels, and a housekeeper comes in and cleans once a week. She would run the sweeper, dust, and clean your apartment a week, and they have the washer and dryer where you can do your own laundry on each floor. I used two different bathrooms and they were both well-kept and big enough because I'm in a power wheelchair. It was all clean. I didn't see any other for maintenance because my apartment was already cleaned. They will put my grab bars where I want and stuff like that, but apparently, it's well-kept. They give you a button that you wear, and if you fall or need help, you push the button. Whenever you push the button, somebody is there immediately. They have a beauty shop and an exercise room. Outside, they have a nice gazebo and nice areas to sit.

I went to look at The Residence at Bethel Park. I have not eaten there yet, so I don't know about the meals, but I hear that they were good. What I liked the least was the size of the apartments, but they're pretty much the same everywhere; they're small. What I liked the most was the surroundings inside and outside. It was a nice, kind of secluded country setting, as far as trees. And then inside, it was very homey looking. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. There were several places to sit outside; porches and a gazebo. If I can remember correctly, they were building another outside area to sit.

I have two close friends living there. One has a studio and other a one bedroom. Both apartments are quite spacious, have all the necessary qualities for a senior person. The residence is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful to all. Even during the pandemic there was always something for the residence to do. They were kept busy and staff tried to make it seem as normal as possible. They allow friends/family to join in on many of the activities and can eat with the gifts for a reasonable fee. The food is very good and lots of choices for each meal and you can have as much as you like. The do trips to stores each week as well. The staff is friendly to both residence and their visitors and thru all that has happened this past year i can say that the residence were made comfortable, healthy, and safe. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for taking great care of my two friends joan and pat.

After touring several senior living facilities, my cousin chose this one. Although she was only there a couple months before her passing everyone was wonderful too her before and during her stay and too her family after she was gone. They were all very accommodating with a special shout out to Michael, Dena and Susan. Thank you for everything.

My father has moved into The Residence at Bethel Park. We're setting up his apartment now and getting everything together for him. They're fantastic, helpful, so caring, and every interaction, every single person we've come in contact with has been so generous, kind, and willing to help us out. It's been marvelous. We're very pleased with our choice. He has a one-bedroom apartment. There are two big closets with shelves built in already. There's a very nice large bathroom with all the safety features in it and a walk-in shower. It's one living room, dining, and kitchenette all on one side, and a bedroom on the other. There is a refrigerator, microwave, and sink. He will have all his meals in the dining room, so there's no stove or anything like that, but it's plenty big enough. There are two really nice big windows, and there's plenty of light. It's really lovely. It's perfect. We looked at an efficiency as well, and a large one-room unit, and that didn't suit us because my dad is used to having separate rooms. They have two-bedroom units and a variety of other units. They're having Oktoberfest, a fancy dinner, and all kinds of stuff going on in the dining room. Every day there's something going on: poker, there's a DJ every Friday and they play music, there's a little pub there, and they have wine and beer and they socialize. There's always a driver available to take them places, a couple of times a week they go to a close park and they have a walking club, there are movies, they have religious services and a chapel, a barber shop, and a salon. It's a really lovely place. The staff is absolutely the best. Even the first day we went there to visit, we came to the door and the executive director came right up to my dad and she was so sweet. It made my dad feel right at home right away.

The Residence at Bethel Park is absolutely beautiful. Everything is new and fresh. We bumped one of the walls and some of the plaster came off and it was already repaired the next time I was there within a week. My mother-in-law is very happy with the food selection. They have a great 24-hour bistro where there's food available for the residents at all hours of the day and night. They don't have an area to cook in their apartment so much, so it's nice that they can just run down there and grab something. The room is nice sized, and my father-in-law could wheel a wheelchair into the bathroom and get into the shower. The staff has been nothing but extraordinary, helping us through the process of getting ready to come and making sure we're aware of any additional services available. The executive director has been nothing but helpful. We're really happy with this facility. They have tons of activities every day, and the staff went above and beyond what I would've expected. The food is of great quality. They have shopping trips, bingo, parties, and church services. It's like a cruise ship.

The people maintain my dad's room and provide his meals, security, and transportation. It's very nice. I would recommend it. They have activities like bingo, go out to different places, and have different types of meals for them.

I liked it, but my mom didn't like the location of it just because there wasn't really anything to look at, just the parking lot. There wasn't really a view or anything compared to the other places we went to see. She did not like the girl who toured us who lived on the premises. She was trying to make us feel at home, but she didn't take us into a conference room. We sat out in the lobby and talked, instead acting more professional, and that turned my mother completely off. It was homey.

We toured this community today for a family member. I was extremely impressed with the community. The décor, food, social activities are amazing! The floor plan has an open and airy feeling. I felt like I was in a five star hotel! We were treated to a delicious lunch with great company from fellow residents! We plan on bringing our family member back this week to sign a lease! Highly recommend to call and tour for yourself or family member

It was gorgeous and brand new. I was invited to lunch, and the food was good. The problem was it's so far out in the boonies that you can't get anywhere. They only had 20 residents when I was there. The room was nice. The amenities were good. The manager spent time with me, and he was terrific.
