I went on a tour of Bethel Park. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating with what we needed. They seemed to have a lot to offer the residents there. The residents seemed happy. I talked to a few of them and they said the food was good and the people were nice. The rooms were also nice, they seemed comparable to what I saw in the other places. They have a beauty shop, a library, and a place where they do exercises like chair yoga, they have mass once a month, rosaries every week, and Bible studies. They have a walking area and an area for families to visit with chairs and a pool table, which was kinda nice.

I toured Bethel Park. They were active. There were people that were ready to eat lunch, which created the activity. In one of the laundry rooms, the dryer was running, and the washer was going. It was obvious that there were people around. Our host gave us every option. She's very accommodating. The rooms were nice. They had one room that was staged with furniture and everything. The staff seemed to be wanting to fill those rooms up a little bit more. She wasn't pushy, but she indicated the options financially and everything. So right now, at this time, if I had to choose one, I would choose Bethel Park. The dining area was adequate.

We toured Bethel Park. It was very good. The rooms were small but clean and adequate. They all had a kitchenette and a little balcony. The dining hall was very nice and very busy being used. The community looked very good. It was nice, clean, and updated. They had an exercise group, a card-playing group, a chapel service, and movies. They have a bus to take people to different shopping malls and things like that.

We toured Bethel Park, and it went very well. It was a beautiful place, and the staff was very nice. The apartments were in very good condition. They had very nice counter spaces and closet spaces. There was a dining room that was nice and clean. There was an entertainment space and an exercise room. They had Bridge, card games, a pool table, a workout room, a bingo hall, and a church.

My aunt is at Bethel Park. Somebody does the laundry of her bedding and towels, so she only has to do her personal laundry. They provide meals. I've eaten there a few times and it seems OK to me. It's a very convenient place. They have transportation to the doctors and a beauty salon. They also have a lot of activities like bingo, exercise classes, and horse races, which my aunt enjoys so much.

I found this residence to be very responsive to individual needs. Both Chris and Joe were helpful, kind, friendly, and competent during our initial visits as well as during my mom’s stay. The apartment was updated and spacious. I would not hesitate to recommend this independent living facility.

When I visited Bethel Park, I thought it was very pretty and very clean. The apartments were a little smaller than I anticipated, but they were very cleverly designed. The staff was very, very nice. They offered for me to come on Christmas and Christmas Eve and do a get a sled ride. They were very hospitable. It's beautiful. Because I'm very active and my mind works, even though my ears don't work that well, the only question I have is if they have enough games and those kinds of activities. They sent me papers of the ones that they stage, and those activities are good. But what I'm interested in is if they have board games and card games. They took me through single bedrooms and double bedrooms. There was a small kitchen that was open to a medium-sized living room, it also had a deck on the outside. I think the deck took up part of the space from the living room. Whereas if I was on the ground floor, I think it would be bigger actually.

I liked Bethel Park. It was clean. There were a lot of activities going on and lots to choose from to do and of course the meals. I liked the location. It's close to stores, and it's about the same distance from my church. As for the staff, I wasn't really impressed that she didn't seem to know the people. She wasn't really friendly with the residents, but I'm going to just chalk that up to the fact that she was regional. You know, she wasn't located there all the time. She was very friendly though and very knowledgeable. They offer three meals a day, snacks, and all utilities (including cable). The only thing I have to pay for is my phone. They come in and clean your apartment once a week. They change your linens, wash them, and bring them back. There's laundry rooms on every floor, which I like because I wouldn't want to have to drag my laundry up and down the elevator. They had areas where you could go out and sit on the balcony.

Bethel Park was open and airy. There were people from all activity levels; not everyone was bedridden or in wheelchairs. There were some people in wheelchairs, but there were other people who were able to walk. It looked very good. It was set up almost like a hotel. I only met the sales staff, but I got the chance to talk to a few of the residents, and they said that they really like living there. The staff was very friendly, nice, and patient.

Bethel Park was very nice, they were very friendly and the rooms and the dining room were nice. It's modern-looking and very clean, it had no odor either. The staff answered all of our questions and we enjoyed the tour. They have a nice library. You go across the street for the swimming pool, they don't have a pool in their area. They have a place for recreation, games, movies, and bingo.

I toured Bethel Park. I did not like it as much as I liked the other one I saw. The part around the building was hilly, and I think the outside of it was like aluminum siding, which I didn't care for. If I wanted to walk around the building, I would have to walk uphill, and that would not be good for me. The place was clean, but I don't want to move into something I do not care for. The staff was pretty nice.

I went to Bethel Park. The rooms were very clean, very spacious, and the staff was very informative. The room did not have a full kitchen. They had everything but the stove, they had a sink and a refrigerator. The place was very clean.

We went to Bethel Park. It was great. We really liked it. They showed us the individual rooms. Everything was very nice. The staff members were pleasant, very friendly, and accommodating to patients. The facilities were very clean. It almost had a resort feel to it. It was just welcoming. It was a very nice place. They have a chef who prepares the menu every day. They have a game room, a TV room type of place, and an open dining room area. This was really well designed and nicely put together.

Chris and his team are so caring just as though the residents are their own family members. The support staff and chef are all the best - so friendly and caring, they go out of their way to make the residents feel loved and valued.

We're very pleased with Bethel Park. My mother's settled in very nicely and it's meeting her needs at this time. They have church services, movies in the movie room, special things on holidays, ice cream socials, picnics, and transportation for shopping, to a movie or lunch. There's a nice library, a barber shop and a beauty shop on-site, a laundry room on every floor, restaurant dining in the dining room, and three meals a day included. She's doing better than we expected. She loves the food.

We went to Bethel Park, my mom really liked it, and she moved in. The manager was awesome, he made her feel welcome, and he's outstanding. The maintenance guy came in to hook up the TV, and noticed the cable was out. The caregivers are great, and she loves the staff. They have a chef there, and she loves the chef. I had a couple of meals with her, they were fantastic, and she loved them. They have bingo, crafts, and my mom helped out with the crafts; she made centerpieces for the tables. They were playing Name that Tune yesterday. She has the smallest room, a studio 1-room apartment with no balcony, but the closet space is huge, and the bathroom is huge. It's just awesome.

We visited Bethel Park. It was nice. The food was good. It was nice. The apartment was extremely small. It was very small, tight, and crowded. There was no 2-bedroom available. There was only 1-bedroom. The food was very good. They had a lot of activities going on. They had some games being played. Somebody was playing the piano. It was very nice. Geographically, it’s too far from where we live ourselves; plus, the apartment was extremely small. But the staff was wonderful. She’s very good.

We moved my mom into a one-bedroom in Bethel Park. It's a nice independent living place. They do three meals a day, cleaning once a week, and have nurses, physical and occupational therapists on-staff if needed. Everything is just perfect.

The staff at Bethel Park was very friendly and showed us all around. It was all good and the place was very nice. They gave us a good meal. We didn't find anything wrong with the place at all, but we are not just ready yet. They had some singing and puzzles.

Bethel Park was very limited. We were looking for a CCRC. It was a very nice facility, but it did not suit our needs.

I visited Bethel Park. The staff was very nice. They gave us a tour of the place, but unfortunately, my sister needed more help. The services were available, if she would take more, but she was on a limited income. The rooms were all very nice. They were spacious, depending on how much you wanted to pay. We were practically there for lunch, it was very good, and the people were very attentive. They had activities planned for them. They were in the area where we grew up, and it was convenient to the malls and shopping. The place was absolutely beautiful.

I visited Bethel Park. The dining room was nice. However, the rooms themselves -- the ones they have set up -- they were more for people who don't cook for themselves. They didn't provide any way for you to have a stove or a refrigerator for you to be able to cook your own. You don't even have a dining room. I guess for the people there, they like it, I ate with them, and they had good food, but I would not want to eat in their dining room every time, so that was kind of my thing. I think it was a place where you're independent in a way, but not as independent as I would like, so that was a problem for me. My suggestion for them is to provide a way for people to be able to eat themselves in their rooms. It's just not set up the way I would like it. They were nice people, and they were pleasant, but it just wasn't for me. They do have activities for the people, but I don't know if I would even want to live in one because I don't feel like I need it, at least not yet. Also, I know they do a little bit of exercise, but they need more challenging exercises, so you push a little bit. The instructors there didn't know how to push you to your limits and not hurt yourself, but there are ways to provide everybody with more exercise because that's important.

Bethel Park is perfect for my mother. It was excellent. She is 93, and she is comfortable. It was beautiful. It was more of a retirement facility than assisted living. They have a beautiful dining room and a wait staff. They had everything that I would probably be comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and very attentive, and I would highly recommend the place.
