This facility is very poor. The majority of time, the nurses do not do anything but distribute meds. They utterly refuse to answer call buttons. They employ CNA's, but the ratio of patients to one CNA is 18 patients. Ashton has a repeatedly not paid their cable bill, which means the residents do not get to watch TV. CNA's are told to lie to the patients and tell them the cable is out. The dinner time has been changed to a later time for the convenience of the staff, not the patients. Some patients are forced to go to the dining room to eat instead of being able to chose if they would like to stay in their room and watch a TV program. CNA's are harassed and ad are not supported by the nursing staff. This facility needs to be audited and investigated.
