My mother is in Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. We like it. They're good with her. They provide excellent care and it's a safe environment because she was having some issues getting out of the house. They have excellent safety features in place to keep other people from getting out of their facility and wandering off. It's a combination of everything. It's assisted living and if they need the extra care like the memory care or that kind of thing, they have things in place for that. I have tasted their food and it's pretty good. They provide three meals a day. They're really good with the activities. She likes it when they play bingo. They have entertainment coming in all the time.

My mother is in Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. We like it. They're good with her. They provide excellent care and it's a safe environment because she was having some issues getting out of the house. My great aunt lives here and loves it. She enjoys the sense of community it gives her. The staff there is so kind and helpful with her as well.

No one here is qualified for the position. Girls giving meds take a one week test and carehelpers are CNA without any schooling at all. Also very dirty. Only one girl on one shift for all the cleaning

Graystone Manor at Bellmeade was unimpressive. The apartments were a lot smaller and a lot of them were shared rooms, which we did not want. Activities were limited, too. The dining area was beautiful; it was one of their nicest parts. They had painted ceilings, which was really gorgeous and very nice. However, it needed to be bright there because it seemed dark. Maybe they needed some new carpeting in their apartments, too.

My mother is in Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. They have been absolutely outstanding. She's sharing a room, which is small and basic, but functional. They have a whole range of activities. They have bingo, a lot of entertainment, musicians come in, and a lot of different functions. She's been relatively pleased with the food. They've gone above and beyond what I expected. They just don't have any activities that I know of where they take seniors out, but it's a very nice facility.

My wife is a resident at Graystone Court and I can not imagine a home with a more caring and efficient staff. The home itself is beautiful with oil paintings on the walls and it's free of the odors most homes seem to have. My wife's room is at the end of the hall, but because of the homes size it is within easy walking distance for me and I have a problem walking. I just can't say enough good things about the employees and the care my wife is receiving.

My mother-in-law is at Graystone Manor at Bellmeade. It's very clean and they have very competent staff. They're very friendly and very caring with the clients. They have Bingo and things like that. The dining area is clean. I've never eaten there, but she said the food is fine.

Greystone Manor was really nice. It was fantastic. I did not get a chance to try the food, but I had visited the place quite a few times because I was actually planning on moving in there. They were well priced. They are a lot less than others. They had a lot of good people inside. They had video games and bowling day. They had a really guarded entrance. You had to know the code or you had to get somebody to let you in, which I kind of liked. I really liked the apartments. They were really nice, too. They had a patio. I can put my barbecue grill out there. They had a swimming pool and an exercise room right beside it. It was really nicely laid out. It was all nice and clean. It was beautifully kept, and it was a really nice-looking place. They were really good, but they were just a little bit expensive.

I chose Graystone Manor for my husband, and he got very good care there. When the time came, they let hospice come in and help take care of him, and the girls were really exceptionally nice. It's assisted, and they have different levels of care. I live in the senior facility. It was reasonably priced, and it's a beautiful place. They keep it nice and clean; you don't smell a lot of odors. The staff was very good, very friendly. The food was delicious. I could take my meals with him if I wanted to. It was very inexpensive for me to eat there. The food was very nicely presented in the dining room with tablecloths and napkins. They have private rooms, and then they have rooms that you share. They have a couple of big rooms that a husband and wife can share. They have an activities director, and she has something every day going on. They do exercises and crafts. They play different games. They have entertainment all the time.
