If you want your family to be treated as family Sea Aire is the place they should be! This is a family owned business which makes it very unique. The staff are very kind and loving. The community is extremely clean. They take the time for each resident. I am so grateful that my mother is there. She is very happy and very well taken care of. I never have a worry about my mother and her care. The staff communicates great with me. Thank you Sea Aire!

My friend will be moving into Sea Aire Assisted Living. It's great. They were really good, and they helped us. They were very open, directed us, asked us questions, showed us the community and what they do and how it works and answered any questions that we had. It was great. It was clean. There was always something going on. Their gardens are beautiful. They really care about their residents and that they have a good experience and that things are pretty and all that.

Rooms are lovely, a lot of improvements going on all over. Outside areas are safe, beautiful and accessible. The courtyard is spectacular. The quality of care is excellent and the devotion of staff and management to ensuring excellent care and kindness is second to none.

Staff is very attentive to needs of residents. My mother-in-law loves it here. They have all kinds of events for residents who are interested in participating. Food is very good as well- with choices at every meal.

Sea Aire Assisted Living is in a nice setting. It's clean, small, and all on one level. The person who did the tour was very courteous, informative, and very nice. The rooms were partially furnished with a refrigerator and a microwave. They have the emergency call in the room located centrally so that someone could call for help if they needed it easily. The dining areas were well set up and in a comfortable setting. They have quite a few activities and they had something going on almost every day.

Sea Aire was a nice place for what it is. I just did a brief tour of it and found out that with my brother's points, as they call it, it would cost him $4,400 which he did not have. The 1-bedroom was really nice. They had a bedroom and a separate living room and a private handicap bathroom. They also had a call system to call for help in the bathroom. They have a communal dining room and they seem to have a lot of activities. The place is very clean. There was a manager though who was supposed to call me back but she never did.

No doctor on site as they told us when we signed up, only a nurse/physician's assistant for the past three years. VERY POOR RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS, especially on billing matters. Billing system is out of the Middle Ages, and they bill for extras without providing invoices for those extras. No ability to pay with cards or online at all, and they will not provide copies of bills to family. Daily care is very good as far as distributing medications and taking vitals - nice nurses. Staff is nice overall, but more and more, they are hiring Hispanic workers with little or no English - makes it hard for elderly residents who have hearing issues and little or no Spanish! Employees have felt free to go through my parent's cupboards and drawers, even when asked not to. This is an ongoing problem.
