We visited the Prestige Senior Living Five River, and everything was good. It looked like it needed a lot of repair and updating. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They mentioned that they had exercise classes for the residents. They had a large dining room, meeting room, or gathering room, and they have a patio. The carpet in the hallways was worn and dirty-looking, and on the outside of the building, there were a lot of molds. It needed to be cleaned up or repainted. The units that they showed us were very nice.

We went to Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers. The walkthrough was wonderful. Brian was very helpful and very full of information. The facility was nice and clean. We were happy with it. The rooms were clean, nice, and well-kept. They had studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom. We saw a studio and a one-bedroom, and they were adequate. Independent living and assisted living were in different wings. They have activities, and they have a monthly calendar that they give out. They go on tours outside the building on the bus. They offer a wide range of things to do. They have a little theater, a library, a craft room, and a nice big dining room. Brian said they have a new chef who has made the food much better. They have cocktail hour. They have a hairdresser and a salon, and they have laundry facilities that are very accessible.

The tour we had with Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers was fine. They were very informative, understanding, and seemed quite competent. The place itself was very clean and the studio and one-bedroom apartments were acceptable. There were areas to sit and watch TV with other people or play games. They were just little niches that one could go and read quietly or whatever, and there were TVs and stuff.

My uncle is at Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers, and so far, everything is OK. Its a little too early, but its all good. Im a little disappointed in the amenities, and I thought for the price that hes paying, it would have been a lot more. The room is quite small, and it could be bigger. The staff has been wonderful, and we have no complaints. The food doesn't have a lot of variety, and they cook with no salt, so the food has no flavor. There were not many activities. I think they could probably do more activities that cater more to those who are wheelchair bound, or need assistance with walking. I know they have activities offsite. Theyre severely understaffed, and they need a lot more staff.

Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers was a small, fairly new, and really clean community. The rooms and dining area were nice. They had all kinds of activities for the residents.

We were very impressed with Prestige Senior Living Five Rivers. It was an excellent place with excellent services and a full range of support facilities for seniors. It was our first choice for my mother-in-law. We liked the place very much. In fact, down the line, I could see us living there.

My father was at Prestige Senior Living. They had a pretty high turnover of administration. The resident-staff was less changeable as far nurses and aides. The activity coordinator changed frequently; however, they had a lot of group activity where church choirs would come in and sing. The rooms were different than the other facility. My father was in two different rooms. He was in a studio and he was in a one-bedroom. In the one-bedroom, there was a bedroom, a bath and a large walk-in closet. It also had the microwave, refrigerator, and a small counter with a sink. The studio on the other hand was small. It didn't have the walk-in closet, but he still had room for a dresser and a bed. Because Five Rivers was newer, it was very nicely appointed with wallpaper, pictures, color and carpets. My father could be difficult to deal with, but they did very well and treated him as an individual. Everybody called him "doc" and that appealed to him. They were very understanding of him. The food was excellent. They were all prepared from scratch. They were very good to make sure that his pieces were cut up small enough that he could eat.
