It is a very small community with only about 30 residents all on one floor. All of the residents are mobile enough to go to the dining area. They have movies, and musical groups would sometimes come in. I was pretty impressed with the food because they try hard. The service there is great; it's definitely a good selling point.

The tour I had with Trustwell Living at Suncrest Place was great. They were incredibly helpful. We took as much time as we needed and asked all our questions. What I really liked about that one is it's a smaller facility, and so there were fewer residents there. The ratio of staff to residents seemed to be better in that sense. They had great activities and the services all looked good. No concerns there. They didn't have an outside patio off of the room for my mom though, which was really her number one thing, because she's going to have her pets and she needs to take care of them, but it had a good courtyard, and so she could probably get to it easier, because it's a one-level facility. So, that would still probably work for my mom. One of the things I liked about that facility as well was we talked about how all of the doors were secure. The other facilities we went to, someone could walk into it during daytime hours without someone letting us in, but in Trustwell Living at Suncrest Place, even in daytime hours, someone had to buzz you in if you're in the front door. So, for security, I kind of liked that.

I toured here. It was very clean. The lady that gave me the tour was very helpful and answered all my questions. I met some of the people there, and they were happy. It just seemed like a cozy, nice, and friendly place.

It was small. We liked it and we got a good feel for it, but because of its small population, my sister might not be stimulating enough and she's too young for that place. The director was kind of new but seemed to bring a lot of great ideas and energy. The outdoor space was also beautiful. Although enclosed, it didn't feel like a prison courtyard. It was like a pretty backyard. The indoor spaces that were common areas seemed welcoming. The dining area seemed open and a welcoming space, too. We saw people walking around and they seemed happy. It just seemed like a good place.

I toured here for my mother. The overall tour experience was very pleasant. They were very helpful, even though it was obvious I was not going to be able to stay there. They gave me a lot of help and assistance in some other locations and suggestions for places to turn for help. The community was small and personal. It was very nice and looked good. They have lots of activities for the people there. As I walked, the people there seemed happy. It was more personable, I guess is a good way to put it than some of the other places I've looked. It was bright. I like the smaller environment compared to the ones that have a lot of people The rooms were very good. They have new carpeting, and they were getting in new appliances. If there are any furnishings you don't have, that they have, they offer it to you. It was very clean and very nice. I liked them. The dining area was in an area that everybody could come. They're all coming down there. They do a review with the tenants once a month to see if there's something they want to have in the way of food, and how they liked what they've done. It's kind of a community meeting that they have with all the tenants. They have a library and a TV area. They have Wi-Fi and cable. They do a different theme every week for things. They have people come in that play music and somebody that comes in and does hair for them. They have a barbecue and a little outdoor courtyard. There's a garden patio area that's nicely done. You can also push them around the facility on the outside if they're wheelchair-bound. The fire department is not too far so if they had an emergency, they're there in two minutes. The courtyard was nice. There's a landscaping place that comes in and does it and keeps it nice. I talked to a couple of staff, and I liked them. The only one who wasn't there at the time was their nurse. I have not tasted the food but what I viewed looked good. They have a variety each day to pick from. They'll always have two main entrees to pick from each day.
