Cedar Village Assisted Living & Memory Care is affordable. It's beautiful. The people were nice. I got to hug one of the clients. The staff was very professional. They have activities, they said, three or four times a week, that they can come down and participate in. They take them to outings. The room was nice and very appropriate for my loved one. He's in a wheelchair, so it was very convenient. He would have been able to get around quite nicely.

Cedar Village Assisted Living & Memory Care was clean and nice. It looked like it was well run. I saw some of the residents, and they all seemed to be having a good time. I saw some of them playing bingo in some common area. I saw a couple of the staff. I just didn't get quite as positive a feeling with the staff. It didn't seem quite as warm and not quite as much of a family. It was very clean and open. The rooms that I saw were very nice. They had kitchenettes and walk-in showers. They had everything for the residents to be able to help themselves. In terms of location, I would say it's within five miles of the hospital.

Cedar Village was really clean and well-kept. The food was very nice, and the dining area was set up with six dining tables. I was impressed with the rooms because they looked like regular apartments. However, they have stairs, which I didn’t like.

Cedar Village was undergoing management change and I thought it was deteriorating. However, they had activities director and they do bingo. They had a bus that takes people out. They had concerts for the people that live there.

I did visit Cedar Village. It was nice and a little newer. They had an opening when I looked at it, but when I went back to take my parents there, they already had reservation for it. However, the facility was newer and brighter.

The staff were very helpful in trying to help me find a bed somewhere for my brother, but Cedar Village didn't have an opening during my visit. There were individual rooms, and they were very nice also. The dining room was very clean and orderly. They actually had a memory care portion, so they had quite good security.

The The food here was better than I expected. The staff was very friendly and treated my grandparents very well. My grandparents home didn't have a good view but they didn't really seem to care. Landscaping was good and the grass was usually pretty green. I didn't really like the part of town that this facility was located in but they do a good job of making the actual location feel safe. I know my grandma appreciated how close her home was to her other friends. This place was also conveniently located to restaurants and her doctor's office. I also liked how the facility allowed my grandma to have her poodle. This was very important to her because she would never go anywhere without that dog. Overall, I think this facility is very accommodating and has a very friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone or their family.food was better than I expected. Overall the facility was very clean. There was no dust anywhere and the landscaping was nice and proper. The staff was very patient and caring. There was a large staff as each patient was given at least one aid to follow them around and help them. At the time of the visit there was a full unit of patients. This did not take away from the care as it seemed like the nurses were not overworked. Each room was spacious and had an individual bathroom and shower so that the patient will not have to share. They also have round the clock security and nurses who check in on patients every 30 minutes. This was especially important to me because my grandpa had dementia and needed the extra care that Cedar Village provided. The food was also surprisingly good for being from a cafeteria. This was less important but a nice suprise.
