Visited a dear friend last week and was so pleased that she was so happy and well cared for. I have been visiting for over a year and a half and feel very comfortable with the staff and their care and concern for their clients.

My mother-in-law is at Markham House. The staff members are all very competent, very nice, and very caring. The community is very pleasant. The food is very good. It's very well-maintained. They have a library, physical activities every day that are coordinated with the activity director, and a bus that takes people out, and music.

Markham House had friendly and knowledgeable staff but was too small a community for our purposes. It was a very nice facility, and the folks looked happy and well cared for.

I did visit the Markham House. I thought it was a wonderful place. It was bright and cheery. The one bedroom we looked at was inviting and with ample space. The staff was wonderful.

My mom moved to Markham House; it was close to where I live. I would like to see more staffing around because they seem to be always running around and are understaffed. The apartment's great. They're so spacious and clean; when my mom moved in, it was repainted and had a new carpet. They do take some field trips; they also have some physical activity, exercise, art, cooking and decorating.

The food is excellent at Markham House. My sister is in a large studio apartment. I've known about this facility and they really seem to care about their people. They have long-term staff that's been there for a long time. They have activities and they go out 2 to 3 times a week to go shopping, to lunch, or to an activity in town. They just give really good care.

Markham House is a very lovely place. It has nice landscaping, it's pleasant inside, and the people seem very happy. It's half a mile from where we live. We had lunch there and the food was excellent. They don't just serve lunch, but you can order off of a menu. My husband is gluten intolerant, and so he has to be really careful with what he eats. But he knows enough about it by now after 35 years. The staff we're in touch with were very nice. We know one of the nurses there personally for years. But everybody seems very pleasant, nice and cooperative, and helpful as far as answering questions. We asked for an apartment. The reason we haven't moved in yet is because there were no apartments and they only had a studio. There was nothing available at that time. So we're waiting for an opening.

Went with my friend to visit his grandparents at this place. Overall impressed with this place. One main reason why I was impressed was that his grandparents had a lot of good things to say about the place, which was good to hear. We went to the dining room and I was impressed with the food and the staff. Food was fresh and tasted good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Another thing I joined about the place were the apartments of the residents. They were all very clean and very nice rooms. As far as facilities go, I saw plenty of nice places, there was a library, a fitness center, and they even had access to Nintendo wii! Nothing bad to say about this place, overall I was very impressed.
