The room are a good size for the type of care that is given, can move around well, my husband doesn’t share right know but that day will come, he doesn’t mind the food most of the time and I have no real complaints, I do bring him my cooking from time to time. The new owners are working very well to have a good and caring staff that is knowledgeable of the type of care each person need, all the ones that I have see and work with one on one are very helpful (all of the med tech and junior) the cleaning staff do a very good job most days. Sometimes when it’s crazy busy they still manage to have smile on there face. The reason for the 4 star because there’s always room for improvement

Princess and her team provided compassionate care through my mom's final months. She provided us with timely communication about my mother's health condition, reducing our apprehension over moving her to a care home. Her caregivers went out of their way to accommodate her dietary desires, and provided her with privacy when family members visited to spend time with her. This was extremely important as she was a very independent person and her faith and family was most important to her. The facility followed safety guidelines and procedures, and ensured that visitors understood and followed them as well.

I went to Revere Court of Portland. It's a nice facility. The facility doesn't meet my needs. That's the only reason, it is a memory care facility, and that's not my immediate need. It's clean, looks like it's got a great staff from what I can recall. Everyone seems to be working in harmony with each other. When I was there, it was around lunchtime, and it just seemed to flow. It seems like they worked accordingly. They are restricted by their services, they service only memory care. If you have other needs besides memory care, that's not their priority. That obviously would not be the place.
