Brookdale Ontario is where my mom and my dad have been living for almost a year and a half now. They're in the assisted living part. My dad has been my mom's caregiver for the last 10 years. I would recommend Brookdale. It's a very, very good place. I like the facility the best. It is more homey and super clean. It feels like a real home. They got a very nice apartment there. Of course, the staff is amazing. The staff is caring and wonderful people. They're very caring and very competent. They have been very helpful with getting resources and helping my parents with their medical needs and their daily living needs. They have done everything. I've eaten there before with my parents. My parents gained 20 pounds the first year they were there, so that tells you the food is pretty good. They've had to try to lose weight. They are also constantly keeping the community beautiful, painting the outside, and beautifying the inside. There's a beautiful rose garden. There is a big fireplace, and it looks like you're in a mountain lodge. It's very beautiful on the inside. They have an activities director that takes people out shopping at the stores, they have a big van, and they have daily activities every single day. My parents' apartment has a small refrigerator. We went ahead and bought a little microwave for their room, but they eat most of their meals and snacks in the dining room, so the refrigerator is kind of to keep some drinks cold.

We are choosing Brookdale Ontario for my mother-in-law. It was just a very beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. We saw the 1-bedroom apartment and the studio, and they were both very nice. They had many games and many books to read. They had a beautiful craft room. They had an outdoor vegetable garden, and an outdoor rose garden, and they were very clean and very accessible.

We went to Brookdale Ontario, but they didn't have rooms available. It was a very good tour experience. The staff was nice and the food was very good. They gave us lunch and they gave us a large milkshake. So I thought that was pretty nice. The short visit was very good. It was very clean. They should consider Brookdale, I think they would be happy to live there.

My mother will be moving into Brookdale Ontario. It's assisted living and she's in a studio. The physical appearance was great. It was everything we're looking for, and they had access to the gardens and the courtyard. The staff during the tour was excellent and thorough. The residents were painting rocks at that time. I just felt they were efficient.

My brother is in Brookdale Ontario. They people are friendly, and it's a nice and clean place. He seems to like it alright. They have games, Pinochle and Bingo, and they take the residents on road trips once in a while. He seems to like the food. If he doesn't like what's on the menu, he can order what he wants, and he likes that part of it. It's comfortable there. He has a little apartment and they give him his medicine twice a day.
