It couldn't get any nicer and everything is perfect. The staff and everybody is wonderful. They clean my apartment, change my bed, and clean the bathroom; they do it all except my dishes. My room is a studio apartment that I furnished. The food is good. We have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We have movies twice a week and they serve popcorn with it. We have bingo, a rec center, poker, bridge, and a pool table. There's something every day at different times of the day. This is also a pet-friendly community, and I have a doggie.

We looked at Solista Newberg by Cogir and that's probably the best one. We like the rooms, and the people seemed to enjoy living there. It seemed like it was well-maintained. The staff who gave the tour was helpful.

I went to Solista Newberg by Cogir. I think it's going to be fine. I know that the room is larger and my husband and I are definitely getting a bigger bedroom, so that's a plus. It looks pretty clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food is good. You don't have to wait very long. They come by with a tray and you pick what you want.

It was nice. I like it; it is just too far. It was better than the other place. It's a very large facility. It had a great physical appearance. The staff were really good.

It is beautiful. It's much newer. It's very nice. The manager was very polite and very nice. He showed us everything. It was clean. They have a nice library that everybody can go to. They have a big size room. There were games and stuff; it's kind of like a game room. They got a courtyard, too. It's fairly new and it's gorgeous.

I chose herefor myself. It was a lovely tour. I got to see everything I needed to see. I like the people that represented it, and the people that I dealt with. I like the tour that I took and the time that the person spent with me. I like the grounds. I saw a little apartment and that's just exactly what I needed. The meals are all provided. I couldn't find any fault with it and I'm kind of particular. I saw them serving the food and it looked lovely, but I didn't eat there. The staff was excellent. It's very clean and very beautiful. They had all kinds of seating areas, a library, a church, and little places where you can gather and talk and have a little get-together. They had beautiful grounds. They allow pets. My dog is big and he was in there also and they loved him and he loved them, so that's a huge plus for an elderly person.

I toured here. They showed me a wide variety, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and they had some on corners which were different shapes. The size has to do with the layout as far as I could tell. I did not appreciate the views at the windows, because I was on the third floor, it was mostly the roof, so you couldn't see anything but the roof, which I don't think I would care for too much. But that's what they have available right now, and I'm not ready to move. I noticed the hair salon there and a kitchen that you could use if you wanted to because my biggest complaint with that place is that the kitchenette is ridiculous. The only thing you've got is a sink, a cabinet, a refrigerator, and that's it. The cabinet is not very big. You couldn't even put a coffee pot and a microwave in that size of the cabinet they have in there. The kitchen you could use was very large and you'd have to mix up your stuff, whatever you are filling, let's say it's a pie. You'd have to make the whole thing and carry it down to this kitchen because they don't have a mixer. They don't have any of the smaller things, which is not bad as long as you had a way of carrying it down there or putting it on a cart if they had carts. The other thing I didn't like and I understand why they do it, but I don't like the limited amount of time for each meal. It's only open for about one hour for each of the three meals. Sometimes you can't make it there as opposed to one of the other facilities I've looked at. Their kitchen is open all day. So it's easier if you accidentally forget a meal or you're out shopping and you come back. You can go in there and ask them for something to eat, and you can't do that here. They have a snack thing, but it's not a big deal, like yogurt.

My tour here was very good. It was clean, the staff was wonderful, and I was very impressed with that one. Unfortunately, they have probably a lot of vacancies because they're the ones that have six deaths, right when the Coronavirus came. I noticed that everybody's wearing masks.

My father and I found it very clean and peaceful. It has a number of options in terms of rooms or apartments with different views. It's very pet-friendly. The manager was conscientious, very helpful, and answered all of our questions. It seems as if it would be a very nice independent living place to live. We've been invited back in August to attend one of their afternoon functions.

I toured here. It was clean and nice, but I wasn't really impressed with the activities and the physical fitness things. They had an exercise class, but maybe it's the people staying there; I'm a more active person. The staff member who assisted me was very friendly and very available. The dining area looked very nice, and a couple of people came up to me and said they were happy there.

It was three stories, but they only have one elevator, which I didn't like. However, everything else about it was excellent. The gentleman was knowledgeable and I was very impressed with him.

I have not moved in yet, but through the visitation, it has all been very nice. They have just about everything. They serve meals three times a day and have lots of activities. They have a craft room, a game room, and a library.

It is a great place. It is very clean, provides good meals and great activities like outings, and my in-laws really love it there. The rooms are really big, and the staff is very caring and very good at their jobs. It has nice landscaping.

I don't have negative feelings about it. The apartment didn't have an oven or cooktop. They had a library, a workout room for physical activities, and a pool for water aerobics.

It was terrific. We had a very good visit with the gentleman that toured us. We enjoyed the size of the one-bedroom apartment. I brought back my sister, my daughter, and my granddaughter for a meal about two weeks later, and it was terrific.

When I walked out the door, I felt good about the place, which is why I chose it. I looked around, and they showed me some apartments. I saw the apartment that I really liked, and I said this is where I want to be. The staff is wonderful, really nice, and helpful. The residents are so friendly and have made me very comfortable. They have a library and all sorts of activities, like card games and trips.

It is the one we’re considering. They said they will put in a doggie door and fence in a grassy area outside our unit. They have cabins, but you have to be a resident in one of their apartments before you can move into their cottages. That means you’re going have to move twice from your present home to your apartment and then the cottage. That’s a headache. They have three meals. They don’t have progressive care.

My father is in here. The manager is awesome, and the staff is perfect, very helpful, and compassionate. He has been there a month now. The dining area is very good, very open, and light. They are friendly. They go out on outings on Wednesdays, field trips to different places, they take them out to get medications, they play bean bag softball, and they have arts and crafts, poker, and movie nights. They should have a separate area for gardening or woodworking.

It was lovely too, but it was too far for me to drive. It was great, and the nicest thing about them was you could have pets. The staff was very friendly. It seemed like everybody enjoyed living there. I would have probably moved my mom in there if it were closer.
