My Wife broke her femur at Her hip and after Her operation , She spent 4 weeks recovering and Physical Therapy at Myrtle Point Care Center. The staff were friendly and professional ! They were caring and helped My Bride with ALL Her needs ! They were very strict with the Covid-19 procedures , and I was happy to hear that --even though I was not able to visit (inside) and She was on a 14 day quarantine before we could visit outside ! Amy was VERY helpful in everything concerning Her stay and was instrumental in setting up all Her appts. for aftercare ! Great people -- and would recommend this Care Center to anyone !!! Thank You again Amy & staff for ALL Your help !

My mother is currently a resident and she loves it there!! All the staff members are attentive and sweet! They joke around with her and make her feel like part of the family. I couldn’t be happier with the care she receives and the love she feels!! Bless all who are involved with her care!!🙏🏻

there is an interminably long wait for help Call lights mean little and the hallsl ring with shouts, 'CNA CNA" ! There is not enough staff! People lay in bed wet and filthy, unable to help themselves for much too long. The rooms are shabby, old worn cabinets, old televisions, bare walls.

My loved one was at Myrtle Point Care Center for a couple of months. There were a lot of frustrations there. Like the hot water broke one time while she was there, and they had to shift all their showers to an alternate schedule; which left a few of them not having a shower one day. She didn’t like that either. The food was excellent, though, she said. She loved it. The cook lady had been around for some time, and she really had a great rapport with the people that lived there. There was physical therapy. There was a smoking-area outside if they wanted to go outside to smoke. They had a library. All in all, they need to improve on the staff morale. Some of the staff were extremely wonderful, but some of them sounded like they didn’t want to do a darn thing. That’s always discouraging.
