The room is a decent size. Plenty of seating although it needs to be updated. It is clean for the most part. I recommend you bring your own food and snacks.. If you need anything like medicine, or help to the bathroom, be prepared to wait at least a 2 hours or more. At least it doesn't smell like urine.

My mother was in Life Care Center of Mcminnville which was a rehabilitation center. It could also have been long-term care, but my mom did not like it. It had a hospital atmosphere, and she had a shared room. Bells and alarms were going off at all times of the night, and she couldn't rest. She got a little disoriented and became a little bit crazy; she lost it there. So it was good to finally get her out of there. I wouldn't recommend them. Not only was there poor staffing, but we felt like my mother was an inconvenience. It was very hard to find somebody to even address an issue. And again, alarms were going off in all the rooms all the time, but you couldn't find anybody. The very first day I got there I couldn't find my mother. She was sitting in a wheelchair at a table in the eating area by herself. She was kind of in her confused state, and she was left completely by herself with nobody watching her, and nobody moved her back to her room. I just did not love them for a myriad of reasons. It's a very noisy community, not a place where you can get rest. I'm rating them a two, and I think I'm being generous.

My loved one went to rehab at Life Care Center of Mcminnville. The appearance was good, but he did not like the food there. It didn't smell of urine and it was nice. It was one level with the different halls. He liked some of the staff. It wasn't a huge rehab center. It had bars. His legs seemed to get stronger. They wanted him to be able to use the bathroom himself and use the walker before he went home. There were no activities. Everybody was in their bed. It was clean and the layout was OK.
