Prairie House is a wonderful "home" for my mother. They have been kind in every way to mom and her family. We just had a move to memory and it could not have gone smoother.

Absolutely the best regarding: caregivers, employees, residents, executives. My husband and I have been in four different facilities like this depending on his health and this one is the Best.

For a smaller facility the administration and for the most part the staff do a good job making all the residents feel at home. I see a lot of effort to improve the levels of service.

The staff is professional, warm and caring. The patient says he really likes it... far better than he ever thought he would. Health has inproved mentally and physically since he is on good regular meals and medications are taken when they should be.

Care is very good. They respond very quickly. The facility is always clean. The caregivers are always smiling and friendly and give excellent service. The administrators give personal attention and are always available.

This facility is welcoming, family friendly and encouraging of personal growth and support. The Prairie House assists the elderly, while allowing for individuals to decorate their own apartments, and have a live in dog or cat in order to make the transition smooth, caring and feel like home as much as possible. The environment allows for its residents to make friends, build new connections and have fun in a caring home where they will get the support they need, big or small.
