The ambiance at Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls was very, very pleasing. The dining situation was in tablecloths out there, and they kind of served you with a waiter. I got to witness the activities going on, which was very pleasing to see. They have an exercise room and an indoor pool. The cleanliness was very good. They give you a courtesy of cookies for just coming in and visiting. The staff was very, very hands on. I saw a lot of them in the halls attending to the residents, so I witnessed a lot of staff there. It's very classy and I have two friends that live there. The lady who assisted me was very attentive.

I went to tour Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls and it was beautiful. They showed me a little two-bedroom, one garage outfit, and it's just what I would like to have. The lady that showed me around was very friendly and helpful. And she showed us the pool, she showed us all the amenities, and then took me down to look at the apartment or the cottage. It was just a pleasant experience. They had a library, a crafts room, and a dining area, which was like a restaurant, so that was nice. The whole layout is just nice and very comfortable-looking. They provide one or two meals a day, but I didn't eat there. The staff that I met were just very friendly, they even gave us some chocolate chip cookies. They're very nice people. I thought the building itself was very nice, well-kept, clean, and orderly. Overall, it was a great place.

Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls was a pretty well-organized place. The facility was nice. I like the general attitude of the staff and everything there. The rooms were pretty roomy, they had a pretty good view, and there were quite a few windows. The kitchen was well laid out. The bathrooms were totally handicap accessible. Overall, they're pretty nice.

We toured Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls for our friend. It was a very pleasant visit. We did a pretty full tour, and it had a few more amenities than the other place we saw. They have a swimming pool and a theater. It's a real theater where you go in and they have theater seats. They are by the hospital and most of the doctor's offices. It's in a very nice area up on a hill, and it's quiet except for the ambulance that comes in. But it's still a little bit away from the hospital. The rooms seem to be a little bit better than the other place we toured. I thought the eating area is a restaurant. You can go in and they give you a menu and you can order from the menu. They have a special of the day that people public can come in and eat there also. The lock-in price was cheaper than the lock-in price at the other community. We went through the levels of care, and she was still going to end up paying less here and it has more amenities and more pros. Everyone that we talked to was very nice and very pleasant. My husband and I went there first one day, and then the next day we took our friend for a visit. The day that we took her, they treated us to lunch, and it was very good. I had a French dip, and it was really good and was just the right size.

We went to Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls to see both assisted living and memory care. It was a very nice place. We didn't find any problems with it at all. It just didn't fit my wife's needs. They didn't have any openings in assisted living and she didn't need the memory care part yet. I think the rooms were pretty clean, well thought out, and well laid out. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The food was excellent. Then they showed us the exercise facilities, the craft rooms and such. One thing that struck me was that while they showed us the facilities, there wasn't anybody using them. We didn't see any other residents, so that was something that concerned me.

The tour I had with Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls was good. The rooms were adequate size. I just wish the cost was a little less, but it's a full apartment with a lot of really nice amenities. It's good. It's a really nice location because it has nice views. It's on top of the hill and overlooks Upper Klamath Lake. Depending upon the room that you're in, the view is pretty, pretty fantastic.

What I liked the most about Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls was the lady who gave us the tour. She was very informative, caring, kind, and patient with my husband when he was there. She showed us the memory care unit and she's very pleasant, answered all our questions, and made us feel comfortable. We saw their dining room too, the entertainment area where there's chairs around the TV, then they had an activity director there, and they also showed us all the different types of rooms that could be available and what it looked like. The rooms were all good, except when they showed us one that was occupied, there was a really strong smell of urine and there was just some stale clothing and stuff. That I didn't like.

Crystal Terrace of Klamath Falls was absolutely gorgeous. It's got so many amenities. For me, the rent was perfect. They had in the main building assisted care. They had a movie theater and a swimming pool. The dining hall was huge and beautiful. There's a lot of wood, and it's just gorgeous. I'm not renting a room. I'm renting what they call a cottage. It's a two-bedroom with a garage. It's great. I saw four or five different units except for efficiency. As soon as they told me they had two-bedroom units available, that's all I looked at. The staff was fabulous. She's a real caretaker. She knew it inside out, and she was just great. She even gave us a box of cookies. They give you two meals a day. It can be either breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner, breakfast and dinner, whatever you want. They've got full kitchens, and you get a full stove range and a full sized refrigerator. I'm independent, but they have assisted living and memory care. They are a stone's throw from the hospital in town. The State has closed the dining areas down because of Covid.

Crystal Terrace is just absolutely beautiful. If I needed a place to live, I'd live there. It was just so big, and had so many stairs and hallways that my mom would have been confused. The person who showed us around was very nice and answered all of our questions. The dining area was very nice. There's an exercise room and a swimming pool. The place was very clean, but the layout was confusing.

Quail Park is wonderful. We’ve been here for two months. We have swimming pool, exercise classes every day, and special events where we have guest musicians. Every day there are four or five things to do. The food that they prepared was good. The rooms are excellent.

I was just looking for a retirement place and I've visited Crystal Terrace. The place was very attractive and well-maintained. It was very nice. It goes from senior living all the way through assisted living. It was located close to the hospital. I haven't heard anything bad about it. The price was a little out of my range.
