Everybody was very wonderful there at King City Senior Village. It was a very good experience. The people were very warm. The staff was great. They took me to a one-bedroom unit. They have a lot. They have a TV room. I was very impressed. It was very nice. I even met the cook. I had a very good guide. The ones I met all shook hands with me and were very gracious and very welcoming. The facility looked fine. The staff showed me the music room, the exercise room, and the beauty shop. The food was very good.

I liked King City Senior Village a lot. They were friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean and bright. The food was excellent and it was just a great place. The grounds were very nice and they have nice activities. I happened to go back in when they were having a happy hour. So, they invited us to have happy hour and that was nice. We had lunch there and I loved it, but there was not very much of it, as far as the amount. Still, I was very impressed with the place.

We will be moving into King City Senior Village in January. The staff was very friendly. The facility itself was very clean and well-kept up. We ate there, and their meal was excellent and well-suited to seniors. They had a lot of available activities. They had transportation available to doctors, grocery shopping, and little special trips to the Oregon Coast. They seemed to be wanting to do everything they can to make you welcome there and get you involved in the activities available, especially the exercise programs and some of the craft programs. They had a very nice campus. The building was older and consequently, the apartments that were available in it reflect that they weren't modern apartments, but they were well kept up. From what I could tell, they were completely redone every time somebody moved out. I know the one that we're moving into was completely redone, so it looked like it was new. I liked the location. It's kind of on the edge of town, but you have very good access to grocery stores, doctors, and the hospital.

Our visit was very well-handled and they had excellent food. They have pretty much the same things that the other community we visited had. The rooms there were a little bit bigger than average, and they're very adequate for our needs. The food was well-served, and the dining area was restaurant style. They offer pretty much everything that we would need. I think the staff performed very well, and so far, this community is very high on our list.
