I went to look here. The staff members were very friendly, and everyone acknowledged us. The facility was just a little bit older, but it was clean and nice. They were redoing the apartment since the resident had moved out. They were putting in new flooring and paint, so it was nice. They had an exercise class going on in their activity room. They had a nice yard and some gardening areas. They also had a bus to take residents shopping. They had a nice, big dining room.

It looks like a great place. We came to see the memory care. It was clean and new. The staff seemed caring and the people we met (the patients and clients) seemed happy and well-adjusted. They were eating lunch about the time we came in for a tour. We even met a hundred-year-old woman, and she was really sweet. It seemed like a very nice place. The apartments have two closets, a bathroom, and no kitchen or anything like that. It's just a big, clean, and modern room. The place looked new and clean. I didn't eat their food, but their dining area looked adequate. It was open and airy. There were many tables, and people could sit together. It looked fine. It wasn't fancy, but it met the function. The facility was good. It wasn't fancy, but it was functional.

The tour we had worked out great because they're an all inclusive care unit. We looked at a one-bedroom apartment and it was very nice, very big, very spacious, very clean, and the facilities looked really clean. The dining area looked clean too, and a lot of the other function rooms that they have were really nice, and very well-decorated. The guy that was supposed to meet us wasn't there. Something came up and he couldn't make it. So, one of the other caregivers who knows about the facility gave us the tour, and talked to us all about the things they offer, things that they do and take care of. She was very informative, knew a lot of that, and so we felt really comfortable talking with her, because she was able to answer our questions. The only thing she couldn't obviously answer, and we could not talk to yet, was about all the financial side of things, but we will have another meeting with that guy to go over all that. They would have to bring their own furniture because the apartments were unfurnished. It's got air conditioning in it, so it would help keep the room nice and cool during these hot days. We were very impressed with them. They also had outside grounds where residents could go out and sit. We could not go physically into the cafeteria or anything like that because of COVID. So, they wouldn't allow us to go into certain areas. There's a bunch of activities that they do as well. They take people out on outings, like in Seven Feathers, and other functions. They'll have people come in to play music and sing, they'll have game nights, and just a bunch of different things that they do. My dad would totally be engaged.

I just visited The Suites Assisted Living and was HIGHLY impressed! We have toured all of the assisted living buildings in Grants Pass. The Suites Assisted Living is at the top of the list! The whole idea of moving has been very difficult on my parents, but The Suites eased their mind. The building was clean and smelled great. There were residents out and about (that cannot be said anywhere else we looked), the staff were very friendly and every single one said "Hello" as we passed them in the hallways. You could hear staff engaged with the residents laughing and conversing. The price is expensive but as a buyer and businessman myself, I know you get what you pay for. They were very comparable in price when you look at the big picture. Our family is very happy with our choice!

I've checked out some assisted living facilities online and it was on the top of the list. That would be where I would go. It was very clean. The staff was very cordial. The food was good and the dining room was set up just like a restaurant. They did give me a schedule of what activities they have like crafts, cards, aerobics, etc. They had a wide range of activities.
