Royal Gardens Health and Rehabilitation Center has games, and the food is good; I like their menus. Most of the aides are very nice. The rooms are smaller, but they're OK. They have the best therapy I have ever seen.

Gaver wrong medicines. Food is notoriously bad. Heartless.

This facility has horrible management. My grandmother is a patient at this facility and has received atrocious care throughout her stay. I tried to drop off some food along with presents and personal items for her as I was not allowed inside. The two aids that were at the door wrote down my grandmothers name and repeated it back to me. However they still managed to deliver these items to the wrong patient. And this patient had tested positive for Covid-19. So understandably, my grandma doesn’t want this food anymore. They have yet to come up with a resolution to this issue and have neglected to answer any of my three phone calls. Not to mention that the food is not made well and call lights are rarely answered in a timely fashion.

My father stayed at Royale Gardens for a while, it was a little better than the other place he was in. They lack staff but there were some very nice and caring people there. They need more staff members and they can improve on the food and facilities.
