My husband is at Bayside Terrace Senior Living & Memory Care. So far, it's been good. He's well taken care of, so I don't have to worry about that anymore. The rooms and everything are very nice, and everyone who works there has been very nice and helpful. His room is more like a studio. It has a kitchen area, a sitting room bedroom area all together, and then there's a nice bathroom. They have a lot of different activities. Usually, they have 3 to 4 planned activities a day. And in the month that my husband has been there, they've had three special meals for the residents and their families. I feel like they try to keep them busy and interested in things. They have a walkway that goes all the way around the building, so the residents can take walks around. They have a nice-sized waiting area up front where some of the residents gather and visit each other. Upstairs, they have a popcorn machine, and they play movies from time to time for the residents and things like that.

My wife is staying at Bayside Terrace Senior Living & Memory Care, and I think it's a very nice place. It's clean, the people are really friendly, and they seem to be on top of things. If she needs something, they give me a call, and I am satisfied with their service. I'm just not allowed to go in because of the virus, and they're high risk right at the moment, but I know they have an activity area, and they do some things like balloon volleyball.

The staff at ocean crest has been the most helpful friendly and kind group of employees i have ever met. My father has been a resident of the facility for over a year now and i wouldnt change that at all. all of the staff is very experienced, as for example my fathers favorite thing to do is sit in the common areas and enjoy coffee and talk with staff memebers, many of who have become family to us as well, it is a clean facility with common areas but also of course with clean, open private rooms that feel more like a house that a care facility, i would recomend the great people at ocean crest to anyone looking for a safe, friendly fun home for family members who are needing treatment!

Ocean Crest is a first class facility that offers apartment like living to their residents. It is a two story facility I found it very helpful because it has an elevator access to the second floor. It has a large dining room that caters to the need of it residents. I was impressed how the dining room and Living room are separated with a two sided salt water aquarium filled wall, a spectacular site for all who have the pleasure of seeing it. The living room area is connected to a foyer entrance for easy access for family and friends. The staff is kind and respective to the many medical needs of the residents, all with the much diminished look of medical professionals, for the comfort of the people who live there. It offers the high standards of a nursing facility with the calm comfort of home living. With its manicured lawns, landscaped surrounding and convenient parking for everyone, you very much get the feelings of apartment living. I very much enjoyed my visit to this facility.

Ocean Crest is a lovely facility located in the quaint coastal town of Coos Bay, Oregon. When I first arrived, I noticed that the grounds were well maintained and ample parking for visitors was available. On entering the building, the appearance was neat and festive, decorated appropriately for the season. The staff took a genuine interest in the patients, planning a variety of engaging activities and interacting with their charge, creating a mood of positive interactions. The residents appeared happy and well tended, having enjoyed the high level of care they appeared to be receiving on a regular basis. The meal I witnessed appeared fresh and well prepared, providing a variety of healthful tastes in a pleasing presentation. Different groups from within the community plan activities or presentations which are seasonally fitting to entertain the residents. Ocean Crest is among the better quality of facilities designed to care for the elderly. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking excellent care for their loved one.

Ocean crest is beautiful assisted living facility located in Coos bay Oregon. The staff that works ocean crest always have their residents close to their hearts, striving to accommodate all residents of ocean crest to a happy healthy and comfortable stay.I'm personally friends with the staff, which means I get to see a lot of the background roles that employees fill to assure the best possible stay for the residents. If I had to describe the staff in three words, they would be, Honest, Hard working, and dependable, they really do strive for their best so everyone's happy. The amenities at ocean crest include a dining room for all the residents, a cafeteria for meals of course, a bus service to transport residents to and from their destinations, and another great amenitie would have to be the sense of having a family living together again, I personally think that its very heathly for the residents to be able to sit under one roof and be able to socialize with one another and to remain apart of the community.
