My mother is at The Stonehaven, so she's settled. It's very clean and neat. They have quite a few people that help them. They seem to be taking good care of my mother. Like any place else, they have a nice, clean room, they have good meals, and they have activities for those who can participate. The staff are friendly and helpful. They can take care of my mother because I don't think I could have done it in my home.

I went to The Stonehaven for a tour. It was good. The environment was very good. The staff I met with was very helpful. She took me on a tour of the Alzheimer's unit. They were eating, so I got a chance to see that. But they didn't have anything available at that point. We went to the central area where the meal was. People were around small tables and eating. It looked very clean and bright. It looked like a good place. I saw something on the wall that talked about the other things that they offer. It was a short tour because they didn't have anything available at that point. Nevertheless, the facility was good, clean, and bright. The staff who toured me was good. It was a new building.

The Stonehaven was fabulous. The amenities and the personnel were just awesomely wonderful and friendly. We had lunch there and the dining room experience was just like going into a nice restaurant. The waiters and waitresses were just very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and the entry area were just absolutely beautiful. You felt like you were just in a very nice hotel. There were several patios with outdoor fireplaces. They did have an onsite barber and beauty shop. They had little happy hours weekly for all of the guests. Even though my dad is not going to be a resident, we were welcomed back to attend those to make him feel a little bit more comfortable if that was something he was going to decide to go to soon. Overall, the facility was just absolutely beautiful. And the person who toured us was just so welcoming and kind. I think it would be a fabulous place for my dad one day.

My mother will be moving into here. There were a number of factors we considered. The first thing we considered was the fact that as her care goes up, she does not have to move from one location to another. The food was nutritious, attractive, and flavorful. The service was very friendly. They had a lot of activities available for the residents. They had a lot of services, such as medical care, transportation, and that sort of thing.

It is good. I liked the employees and their interaction with the residents. The memory care room was very clean and open. They have a gym, a theater, a nice lobby, and a beauty shop.

It was more my style of decorating. They had more stone and huge fireplaces. They had great activities, and it was updated. The snack area was a bistro, and they had cooking classes. The girl who gave me the tour was excellent and very caring. I ate there and even the chef came out and talked to us while we were eating. I had a custard pie but I had to know if it had calcium because I have a restricted diet, so they brought me this handwritten recipe of the lady baking the desserts. I was like, "Wow, I'm impressed," because it was handmade. Just being there was like being on a cruise ship. They had very nice dining and linen.

We've been twice, and we love it. They have an exercise room, a movie room, and games going on. They offered more activities than the other places. They had meals and restaurant dining with a menu that had several different choices on it. The rooms had more light because they have windows in both the bedroom and living room.

It was very nice. I liked it, but they don't have the facilities to care for you until your death. The dining area was very nice and homelike. When you buy the food, they fix your plate, and someone carries it to your table; that was nice.
