I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My sister is a resident of Saint Anne's. She has received excellent care and the staff are very kind. Although no one wants to be in a facility such as this, if it is necessary this is the best place to go.

My wife was in a hospital and they got her to skilled nursing in St. Ann's Skilled Nursing & Therapy. She's been there for 2 weeks now. Her experience, so far, is good. She's improving every day and the facility is good. Of course, with the COVID now, they have to be careful, but they have places where the residents can be with other people there so she has a little bit of social interaction too, which is good. All the staff is also really professional. The maintenance and upkeep are good. She shares a room with another patient and there's lots of room even though there are two people in there. They're still able to have a recliner by her bed. It's also really clean and everything's up-to-date so we've had no problems with that so far. The food's good and she eats mostly in her room. She eats lunch, the noontime meal at the dining area which is spacious too. Now they're keeping it to one or two people per table. She hasn't had any complaints about the food.

I visited this facility

You really need to think twice, three times before choosing this facility for your loved one. It is a Medicaid and Medicare facility. If you have Medicare, you probably don't want to live here as you have better options. Leadership seems very disorganized and can't answer simple questions. Maybe they are overwhelmed? They forget or get distracted and do not to send messages to your loved ones. Just doesn't feel like the best situation, especially when visitation is so limited with COVID.

Our Mother and Father were transferred to St Ann’s due to Covid. They were very helpful with the transition to and from the facility. The staff/caregivers were very attentive. The staff was always very caring and more than willing to do whatever was needed by my parents. We were able to get updates daily from a knowledgable nurse who was able to answer all of our questions and ease any concerns we might have which was a blessing due to limited visitation because of Covid. We would highly recommend This facility to anyone needing a short or long term stay for your loved one.

St Ann’s Nursing Home has very loving and caring staff. Our Mom has been in their care for several years, and I feel they do a very good job of tending to her needs. Through the pandemic they have done an excellent job of helping us to stay in contact with Mom by facilitating facetime calls and window visits. In addition, they’ve worked hard to keep her engaged throughout the isolation from Family. The Director and Staff are very willing to talk with us, and they address our questions or concerns in a very timely manner. I feel very comfortable with my Mom being at St Ann’s Nursing Home!

It took some time for mother to adjust to living at St Ann's. She moved there while still working two or more outside jobs. This limited her time to get acquainted with the staff and others living there. Once acclimated she has adjusted wonderfully. There are activities for them to attend in the facility and outside the facility. They have shuttles that make regular weekly trips to stores in the area. There are sidewalks to walk around the outside and plenty of hallways to walk inside the facility on inclement days. The staff are always friendly and some participate in the weekly sing a longs even though that is outside their responsibility or supervision. The facility has a hair salon for use inside the facility or arrangements can be made off site. Doctor's visits can be arranged through the front desk or done independently.

The worst place to put a loved one. Bed sores after three days The food is disgusting. The staff doesn’t do what they are supposed to do. Oxygen left off patient more than once. Rooms very small. No phone or closet. Didn’t change bedding. Had to do it ourselves. There doesn’t appear to be communication from management to staff. The facility has St Ann signage but is now owned by Grace Living. Please don’t put a loved one there.

Beloved Priest sent here, temporarily, to recoup and regain strength through therapy after a serious illness. He arrived in good spirits with clear mind and great wit ready to get better. He has been there about a week now and is worse than at the peak of his illness. No therapy has begun to help him get his strength back and medical conditions that were under control are now killing him. Medicine is given to him that he clearly told them he is allergic to. He appears to be severely dehydrated, is slow and hard to understand. The reason for is illness has not been addressed! While the rooms are good size, the beds and mattresses are old and worn. He has no sheets on the bed, nor bed rails. No phones in the room. A doctor visits but once a week and assesses problems over the phone in between. This priest of 50 years had a chance of many more years ministering, but now, ?. Was he sent here purposefully to die? Shame on the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City for this facility and lack of care!!!

I have a sister in this NH and when I can visit from out of state I am always disappointed in the care I see given to her. The staff are reluctant assist with anything. I think they are severely understaffed and under trained. The place smells very strongly of urine and the only thing staff does is spray LYSOL!. I have seen a lot other red flags that are alarming too.

I visited this facility

Disappointed. Had loved one there, The staff who actually do hands on and nursing.....acted like it was " just a job" , not like they were taking care of elderly people with needs whose lives they impact day to day.. Is that really their best?

My mother is at St. Ann's Home. It's a nursing home. I like another place way better where she was across the street at an assisted living. At St. Ann's, I had to go through a lot of things that I never had to go through before. However, there are two or three staff members that have been there for a long time over the long haul. They're the most caring. My mother has a roommate that shares the bathroom and there's a curtain between them. They are very good about cleanliness. They keep the grounds looking nice. My mother loves music, and one thing that is wonderful about St. Ann's is that they have lots of musical activities and lots of people coming to perform at least twice a week.
