South Park Health Care Center

South Park Health Care Center is located in the heart of bustling Oklahoma City. Sometimes called The Horse Show Capital of the World, the city boasts a fun cowboy culture and wild west history. Seniors have the opportunity to enjoy many dining and shopping choices, cultural activities such as the Oklahoma City Ballet and the Oklahoma Philharmonic and beautiful outdoor parks, including the Myriad Gardens. The care center residents live near several churches and are less than 3 miles from the two closest hospitals. 

South Park Health Care Center provides assisted living and memory care services, and staff is available 24/7. Experienced and attentive caregivers deliver bathing, dressing and toileting assistance as needed. Residents can attend monthly wellness checks and have medication management and assistance with oxygen if required. There are physical, occupational and speech therapists on-site as well as qualified nursing care.

Three meals daily are provided with special meals available for medical conditions such as diabetes or heart disease. Activities include music and pet therapies, as well as board games and excursions. A traveling barber or hairdresser can provide some well-deserved self-care, and staff provide assistance with traveling to and from medical appointments, shopping and religious services.
