I'm currently in rehab at Accel at Crystal Park. I have been very pleased. The therapist seemed to know what needs to be done, they're very personable and helpful and caring. So I have no problems. My room is very nice, it's a private room and has a mini-fridge in it, which I've enjoyed having. They keep it extremely clean, they clean every day and it's a very nice room. I think they do a great job with the food. I'm not saying I've always liked what's offered, but there are always at least two choices for the main entree, and then choices for different vegetables and bread. So I usually can find something I like, there are more choices than I had expected. The main thing is the physical therapy, they have a very large room they call a gym. From what I've observed, the activities are for each individual, they have different things and group activities also. I've been very pleased with the care I've received here. Everyone's friendly, so I would say it's got a positive atmosphere.

This place does NOT care about the patients. We have had multiple and serious issues with the staff that have jeopardized my mother's safety. Despite our continued communication with the administrator, nursing directors and other staff, the issues persisted. I will never recommend this place to anyone and we are filing a complaint with the state of Oklahoam re: multiple violations. These violations occured in June 2024.

I’m currently a resident here rehabbing a stent of pneumonia. Therapy/therapists seem well trained and are very helpful. The nursing staff is not. Been trying to talk to a nurse for 4 hours and can’t seem to find one. If all you need is physical therapy, this probably a good choice. If you need quality nursing care,DO NOT COME HERE!

My mom was in Accel at Crystal Park. The physical therapy team is great there, they do a really good job. But they seem to be very short-staffed as far as nurses and nursing assistants. So they took a lot of time to get to my mom, but the physical therapy people helped her. She has COPD, so they try to figure out ways to help her do things that will conserve her energy, so she won't have much trouble breathing. The patients kind of pick their food. She likes the food during the weekends, she said that was good food, but during the week she tends to not like what they have. Right now with COVID, I never really saw people out, they were all pretty much in their rooms. They have a beauty salon and my mom had her hair done once while she was there. It's a little pricey but other than that, they seemed to have done a good job with her hair. It's always clean and up to date.
