I moved into Grace Pointe and I love it. It's just lovely. It's cottages, nobody's on top of you and nobody's beside you, with nice little porches to sit on with ceiling fans and covered porches. There are ducks everywhere in the ponds. They have a storm shelter. The places are spacious and beautiful. We have beautiful black granite countertops and beautiful ovens. We have big and beautiful walk-in showers with rock walls and rock floors. They have a gym, a big theater, and a library. They have a big open kitchen that people can come cook in and do crafts in and stuff like that. There are lots of lakes, and you can fish in the lakes. There are lots of walking tracks, and it's very secure with a big black wrought iron gate like 8 feet tall around the perimeter of the whole building. There are nice refrigerators, a washer and dryer in each unit and hardwood floors. They have lots of activities every day. You can go down there and check the calendar and see what people will do for the week, whether it's bowling, watching a movie, having a birthday party, or crafting. And you just sign up and then you get to go to all those things. So, nobody could ever move here and be lonely again. No more birthdays by yourself. No more Thanksgivings by yourself. All the neighbors seem nice, too. They are pet-friendly, so you can have a dog or a cat. The staff is very professional but not friendly. It's a little pricey, but you kind of get what you pay for. I mean, the lighting fixtures in here are very high dollar and the granite countertops are very high dollar. There's crown molding everywhere, and it's so insulated. Yesterday, all night long, I had it on 70 and I got hot, so I turned it down to 68. So, it's very well insulated, the doors are steel doors and good windows; you don't feel any drafts or anything.

Grace Pointe is an awesome place, but I might need more of an assisted living type thing. For people who are healthy and can get around, it was a wonderful place. They didn't have food. They have a brunch- type thing in the mornings. The rest of it is kind of up to you and they have potlucks there. It's clean and nice. The rooms were nice. I didn't pick up any kind of smell, and they were big and kind of roomy for what you were getting. They furnished the cable and the wi-fi and I think the electric stuff was all paid. The woman who assisted us had a golf cart and told us we could ride on that with her. She was personable and pretty much explained everything. I did get a call from them, though, after I saw them, and they told me that they didn't do assisted living in any shape or form. They have storm shelters, and it's a locked community and it's just apartments with people over 55. For what they are, they're pretty nice.

We liked Grace Pointe. It was beautiful. Everybody was very nice there and took the time with us to show us the different apartments. We really would like to have moved there, but I don't know the town and that was my hesitation. They have so many interstates around and I just didn't feel I could handle the driving in the area at my age. The one we wanted was a 1-bedroom apartment and it was so roomy. It was not a tight-feeling apartment. It was very, very large and had a nice big garage attached. It had a front door and a back door, and the yard was all fenced in. We have a dog and it would have been perfect. It was nicely landscaped. Everything there was bricks. They were all brick homes with a big pond, and it was just very, very nice. There was a large building that had a big stage where they had entertainment and a big piano. There were some apartments in that same building. They served breakfast and lunch there.

I have lived at Grace Pointe for 2 1/2 years. Stellar and upscale cottages. Quiet, peaceful, and serene. Staff very accommodating and maintenance is unparalleled. No request denied. Other facilities I visited boasted they replaced light bulbs. GP Maintenance hung curtains, installed tv’s, washing windows and porch, etc. Daily activities from which to choose from. Two mile sidewalk encircles the property. Four ponds offer fishing for residents. Community garden and greenhouse. Beautiful landscaping. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We had a wonderful visit at Grace Pointe. They place was lovely, and the people were very helpful and nice. The little cottage that I saw was very nice. It was a gated community and you could see the water from each unit, which was very nice. They also had storm shelters. I saw some of the residents doing activities who looked quite happy.

Grace Pointe is very nice, clean, and well cared for. They have social events, but they dont serve meals since it's 55 plus independent living. They have card games and movies. People can just do their own thing, choose their own activities, or come and go as they want. The staff has been very helpful to me.

My father is at Grace Pointe and it's been good. He doesn't participate in anything, but they do have activities. They don't serve meals and they don't offer housekeeping. It's just for people 55 and up. The staff is nice.

Grace Pointe Living is not enclosed. It makes you feel like you’re in your own house and in your own neighborhood. I like the outlay of the whole property and how the ponds make it a very nice looking place. The people that work there are great. It is a very pleasant place, and I would recommend it to anybody.

Grace Pointe is just wonderful for independent seniors. They have a newer end that has a choice of electric or gas for the stove and a fireplace with gas logs or gas access. It is gated. They have nice 1, 2, and 3-bedrooms. The 3-bedroom has a 2-car garage. There are 2 guest houses, like if you were near in a 2-bedroom house or a 1-bedroom and you have company coming, you can rent the guest houses. If you have a small animal like a small dog, you can fence the back if their fence is not already there. I looked at one that is already fenced. They have 3 storm cellar areas. One is like a community room, but it is also secure for storms. The staff was very nice. She was fairly new, but she knew her stuff. Somebody who has been there in the job longer came with us just to make sure that she got it covered. I didn’t see anything going on at the time. It was before the Fourth of July, and they were going to have an outdoor festivity with a band and food and all that. They were setting up for that. They do things for the holidays. They have community rooms at each end. They have exercise, and they have crafts.

I like Grace Pointe Living a lot. I am seriously considering going there. The staff is really polite and helpful. I think the activities are alright. The place is gorgeous. The apartments are gorgeous. I was looking at a two-bedroom unit with a lake view.
