My mother-in-law moved into StoneCreek of Edmond. The people in charge of it are very caring. The place is very clean and very neat. They have a beauty salon which she goes to every week. They have a doctor who comes around that takes care of the residents, so they don't have to go out. There is a garden patio where they can get outside that's pretty nice.

StoneCreek of Edmond is very welcoming and friendly. The apartments are roomy, cozy, well-appointed, and very well-laid out. The staff who gave the tour did a wonderful job. She has been with the facility for a long time, so her input was welcomed. She was very informative and very understanding of our needs. When we were there, they were having dinner. But a lot of people were sitting in their activities room. Some people were playing games, while others were playing cards.

I toured StoneCreek of Edmond. They were very well-spoken, and they showed me around. We visited one of the residents' rooms. It had all of the same things that the other one did. The only thing I didn't like about it was it was multi-level. The only thing included in the room would be the kitchen. I didn't pay that much attention to it because I knew my mom wouldn't be cooking. They had a refrigerator, but you have to furnish your own furniture and shower things. They had a nice dining area, a hair salon, and a chapel. The dining area was nicely laid out and easy for the residents to get to. The staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

StoneCreek of Edmond was very clean. It was beautiful inside and out. It was a very convenient location for me and probably our second choice. The people were nice. It has two floors with an elevator. We liked it a lot. We toured the dining area and the area where they have snacks for the residents and things like that. It was very inviting. The rooms were very nice and spacious. The bathroom was particularly nice and very well equipped. They were having an activity when we got there, and many people were there participating.

The community was clean and everyone was smiling. From the staff to the residents it seemed everyone was happy. There was an event happening and it’s exactly the type of place I’d love to see my mom in. I especially loved seeing activity room with residents engaged and doing a craft together.

The StoneCreek of Edmond's rooms were great. They're definitely more expensive. As far as size goes, they were wonderful. The facility itself and the layout were great. We're just kind of gonna see how my mother does with the length of the halls, and if she gets too tired. We just saw the front staff and the little tour lady. They were very nice, very compassionate, and thorough. There was bingo and exercise. They have a van that takes people around. From what I've read, there were a lot more activities. Someone was putting a puzzle together when I was there.

The people at StoneCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care were very helpful and everything else. I enjoyed looking at it, but I think I would want them to explain more of what's going on. They took me into a little sunroom. I didn't see very many residents or anything there at all. They could have been in their rooms. I didn't like the design of the place too much, but that was OK. I saw where their dining was. It was an open room, and it was OK. It was very clean there.

We liked Stone Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care because it was more convenient to my home. It was very open and bright. They are very friendly. We visited it probably three times, and they weren't afraid to take us in or anything. They did not have to clear or look at the area first. They just took us in, which is important to me because I wanted to see what is going on. They did not try to hide anything from us. We visited both the assisted living and memory care. We were pleased with what we saw. Everybody looked happy. The person who toured us was very friendly, really followed up on everything, and called us several times. They have gone above and beyond trying to help us with whatever we need. She answered any questions, and she has been great. Her name was Lisa, and she was been wonderful. She invited us to go to lunch. She even sent us the menu ahead of time to see what my dad might want to eat, so he could sit down and kind of see what that was like with the residents. There were not a lot of activities going on because of COVID, but the facility was beautiful and clean. You walk in and it really has a beautiful view of everything, and there was no smell.

My husband is at StoneCreek Memory Care. The staff is very caring. The community was great until the shutdown. I think they're doing as well as anybody can do right now. They're short staffed, but everyone is short staffed right now, and I'm gonna keep him there. Personal grooming, I think, is the major concern I've had because they didn't do haircuts or shaves for months after the shutdown started and it has to be done. I was doing it and I was even having a barber go in to do him every two weeks and I can't do that now. They need to take care of him, but since I wrote a letter about it, they have been much better. They have a great chef up there. It's a new facility and it's beautiful. The activity director does all he can do under these circumstances. He is having to do an awful lot of other stuff too that's not really his job. It's just very expensive.

The apartment plans are adequate and efficient, and can easily be personalized for the resident(s). The staff is available, pleasant, helpful, and they work on getting to know their residents. Various activities are available for those who want to partake and the importance of exercise is realized by its being offered daily. There are exercises that work the mind too, such as brain games and trivia games. Something exceptional that is done is having a Family Night once a month. Each month is a different theme and supper is included for guests as an option and depending on the theme for the night, activities might follow. These events require a lot of planning and the staff gets into the swing of things with appropriate costumes, etc. It's wonderful watching how alive the facility is with friends and family enjoying their time together these evenings. The food quality is exceptional. It's nicely presented and the portions are sensible, the way we should all eat. Everyone on the staff I have worked with has been upbeat, courteous, and professional. The facility may be a little smaller than some, but I feel it makes it easier for residents to get to know others and for the staff to know the residents. The big community living room is light, inviting, and a comfortable place for some of the programs. The halls are a nice width, clean and fresh. Before moving her here, my sister-in-law was in a fairly new assisted living facility in another state. So it has been easy to make comparisons, all in the favor of Stone Creek and I visited 8 different facilities in the area. Thank you to the owners and the staff!

My parents have been living at StoneCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care for about a month now and it's been very good. It's nice, bright, and open. They live in their own apartment that we got to decorate for them. It's nice, impeccably clean, and kind of small, but it's a good environment for people who are 91 years old. There's plenty of space with a living area, bedroom, bath, and a kitchen area with no actual cooking facilities, just a little refrigerator and a microwave. We've been very pleased. The staff is excellent and great. The dining area is amazing. Its a gorgeous, wide open room with windows all the way around the edges and big tables that seat anywhere from four to probably 10 people. You can go down there and decide where you want to sit. They usually offer at least three entrees plus some specials of the house that are there all the time, and you order off of a menu so it's like a restaurant, and the food is great. The staff has always been kind, available, and will answer any question. My dad had to have his teeth out and get dentures, and the staff was amazing about making sure that there was something special for him to eat and that he was getting all of the nutrition he needed. They check on him on a regular basis too. The only thing that we have had an issue with is they have a satellite television service that seems to be a little unreliable and has been kind of confusing for my parents to learn to use, but they work on it and they send technicians. They have an exercise center, activity director, community areas, musical programs, and family night once a month when they have a special activity. It's expensive but we get very good value for the money.

I never write reviews but felt I needed to today.I have visited several of the assisted livings in the area. By far Stonecreek was the most inviting. After reading a post by the wellness director, I took him up on his challenge and showed up unannounced, later in the evening. The place was clean, no foul smells. The staff immediately stopped me and asked for my name and if I needed any help. I was so impressed by this as it shows they truly care about security and the people that live there. I was offered a tour which I took (this was around 9pm). I was impressed by the knowledge of the staff. All the other places either just let me walk around on my own or told me to come back in the morning so "management" could help me. Again most impressed!. I cam back in the morning and met with the wellness director Frank who was amazing! He not only has his staffed trained but absolutely has the pulse of his building. I met with Jaime who was extremely helpful and friendly. Courtney the building director was very extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The people who lived there all seemed happy and engaged with the various activities. I did not taste the food, so i can not review this. Honestly I feel this is the only place I would put my father in compared to any of the surrounding facilities. I can not say enough of the professionalism, the dedication, and the atmosphere. I hope the owners realize the outstanding place they have there.

I have had my mother here for several months now and have to say this place has become the very best in the Edmond area. They have brought in new management to turn this place around. The director Coutney is the in the business. She interacts with the residents like no other director I have ever seen. She has created an atmosphere both inviting and comforting. The nurses Virginia and Frank there is just what this place needed. He has turned around the nursing department to be the very best. The staff is stable, caring, and most importantly want to be there to better the lives of the residents. He is great!. Abby at the desk is always very friendly and happy to greet you. Jessica in maintanance has done all we needed her to moms room. The food is superb and the activities keep everyone engaged. The resident are happy, socializing in the cafe and playing the piano when you walk in. This is truly the happiest I have seen everyone here. I HIGHLY recommend!

This is a beautiful place. The decor is extravagant and the staff is super friendly and make the residents happy. Management has done a wonderful job here in the past 8 months or so and it shows. I have never seen an unhappy resident here and in fact often see them gathering around and playing bingo, or listening to the different entertainment that comes there. When I retire, this is where I want to live!

I admitted my mother here a while back. Honestly they had a lot of issues when I got here. Staffing was terrible, the care was sub par. Nurse Virginia has always done her absolute best and I greatly appreciate all she has done. Sometime in August or September they brought in a new Administrator and a new Director of nursing. I will tell you I have never been more please! This place is outstanding now. Mom gets the same staff daily, her care has been the best it has ever been. Courtney seems very capable of doing her job and understanding of what families need, we have only spoken once but she seemed legitimately concerned and addressed my needs immediately. The Director Frank has been top notch, the staff is trained, and are happy at their jobs which, to me is the best thing that could have happened there. He is always checking in with the residents and families and with Virginia have turned Stone Creek around, especially the memory care unit around. They are always doing activities, now they are baking cookies and having a great time!. We are all having a blast now! THANK YOU Frank, Virginia, and Courtney!! Mom has never been so involved and happy. You guys have rekindled her spirit and I am forever indebted.

My dad is in memory care and I could not be more pleased. This place may have had some issues in the past, but has become the very best in the area. Courtney and Frank have turned this place around. The staff is stable and happy and the residents are even happier. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home for their parents!

This facility has made leaps and bounds! They have hired in an excellent administrator who is very involved with the residents and day to day operations. The nurse Frank is fantastic and is just what Stonecreek needed. They both have done a phenomenal job in making this place the very best in Edmond. Staff is stable, The chef makes great food. The resident are happy. You can walk in and see residents playing the piano, siting in their bistro just having a great time. This is what assisted living should be! I HIGHLY recommend tghis place.

Beware! Attractive facility, but uncaring, incompetent management, loads of turnover in management and care staff, errors in medications, lack of concern for rectifying issues (no answers at all to emails). This facility has numerous deficiencies from the state. Memory care is stuffed full of residents with profound needs without enough staff. People are often left in soiled underclothing, not taken to the restroom and allowed to sleep in clothes. Residents wander into others rooms and go into drawers and closets with no supervision. Food portions and quality in memory care is not good. I have observed fallen residents with alarms going off on wheelchair and no one attending them. Investigate carefully if you are considering this facility, it is not what it seems.

StoneCreek is a large, brand new place. It has been open for less than a year. It has a very elegant and spacious lobby area and wide hallways. There are two floors, and the memory care is on the bottom floor. The dining area is very nice. I saw the residents while they were being served in the dining area; it was very elegant and very impressive. Overall, the community was very attractive, however, the people who assisted me were a little less knowledgeable.

Beautiful facility, but management co & administration aren’t dedicated to care of aging/memory compromised adults. Staffing levels are far too low in memory care, medication errors happen frequently, sometimes there are as few as 1-2 aids to care for 27+ people in memory care unit. Often caregivers are temps who don’t even know residents’ names. They have been open since 8/2017 and at least 2 of the 3 previous nurses resigned within a few weeks. Be sure to check with the state for deficiencies in care. I would not put my relative in this place if I had to do it over again.

StoneCreek has been an absolute answer to our prayers. My grandfather has thrived here since we moved him from an IL in the Oklahoma City Area. He is so pleased with the care of the staff, the cleanliness, purposeful activities, and especially the food. Everyone should have a meal here.
