My mom was in Heritage Villa Nursing Center. She was there for long-term care. There's a lot of diversity in the residents with varying levels of care needed that it would be easy to find somebody that was matching your own situation. For the most part, the staff was very compassionate and caring. They had a lot of patience, too. They had three or four activities a day. They had religious activities, craft activities, puzzles, games and different kinds of holiday events. With the amount of the residents that they have, they're understaffed. The level of care could definitely be increased.

Aides don't wear masks in the Memory Care wing where residents are locked down during Covid outbreaks. And 2 phones have went missing in addition to clothes disappearing from bed ridden residents. The staff leaves a lot to be desired in terms of patient care and their attitudes.

Good staff, decent food. Attentive personnel who seem to really care about the residents.
