The staff is fantastic and loving and clearly care about our Mom. She used to work there before she became a resident. She always had good things to say about the facility and formed wonderful relationships with patients, then when she became one, staff has been very kind with her. It is always clean, there is never an unpleasant odor (like nursing homes of our childhoods), and it is cheerful. There are things around to amuse the residents and they led them in activities so for example the memory care patients would bop a ball around while they watched tv. Meals were fine and they make sure my Mom always gets one. My brother came by before COVID to take my Mom out to the park and they helped make that possible for both of them. It's a wonderful place. I am sad my Mom has to be in a home. But I am glad she is in this home.

THE FIRST DAY I WALKED IN WAITING FOR MY LOVED ONE TO COME FROM THE HOSPITAL TWO NURSES AT THE DESK TOTALLY IGNORED ME. DR APPOINTMENTS WERE MADE I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE WHEN I WENT TO VISIT IT WOULD BE HANGING ON THE CLOSET DOOR. MY LOVED ONE DEVELOPED COMPLICATIONS NEVER NOTIFIED TILL SHE WAS ON HER WAY TO THE ER. THE ER DOCTOR WAS MORTIFIED THAT THIS PROBLEM GOT SO FAR OUT OF CONTROL BECAUSE NO ONE EVER CHECKED HER WOUND. AS A RESULT MY LOVED ONE HAD TO GO ONE MASSIVE ANTIBIOTICS WHICH KILLED THERE KIDNEYS RESULTING IN DEATH. SHE ALSO HAD BUGS IN HER ROOM. THERE WAS NO REGARD TO PRIVACY OR HIPPA REGULATIONS. VERY SORRY I CHOSE THIS PLACE FOR REHAB. I FELT THAT THERE CARE WAS NOT GOOD HOWEVER I WILL SAY THAT THERE WERE A FEW GOOD NURSES AND EMPLOYEES THERE WHO WERE CARING AND ON THE BALL BUT OVERALL WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CARE.

My mother was in this facility a few years ago before she passed away. I have nothing but good things to say about them, they were kind and caring. My Mom had dementia and was still treated with respect and kindness. When she came to the end of her life the staff went out of there way to give us a private place to spend her last hours with her and even brought us snacks. It wasn't much but just showed the level of caring they give. One of the things that most struck me was after she died, me and my siblings were all there and they asked us to leave the room so they could clean her up. The aide that was cleaning her up was talking to her so sweetly and she couldn't have known we could hear her.

I will recommend Omni Manor to anybody. The place is spotless. You can eat off the floors. There isn't an odor when you come in. From the nursing staff all the way down to the janitors, they are absolutely wonderful. The food is good, and my dad enjoys it. Everything about the place is good, especially the nurses and the aides who make sure that he is clean all of the time and always come and check on him. The place is awesome.

My grandma was in this facility for awhile after an incident involving a fall. I was not able to visit as much as I would have liked to, but I did enjoy going when I did. The facility was a decent size. Large enough to accomidate multiple people, but still pay attention to the people there. The nurses I spoke with were always very helpful except on one occasion. I would recommend the facility highly to other people wanting their family members to be put somewhere nice.

i am a pizza delivery driver. i have been to numerous nursing homes in my delivery area. i have not witnessed many negative actions in my 20+ visits. although the visit time is not extended, i have learned to take note of many actions and views. everything is always in order, the people are always very kind, decent tippers and alert. and they do not know when i will be there. but someone is always within 1 minute away. and on the ball. they are nice people in most every one. not insinuating they are unkind. sometimed people can be rushed or moody. but. it does smell strongly of urine most each time. just like another delivery, the jail, always strong urine smell. but, such is life.
