I visited this facility

I had an in-person tour of Cardinal Court Assisted Living and Memory Care. I was very impressed with everything. They were very thorough in explaining everything to me and very patient. It was a very good tour. The place seemed quite pleasant. The staff explained how the different levels of service worked, which was all educational to me. They even kind of group people into different levels of decline in their dining room, so that was nice to know. The person who showed me around was very patien...

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I met the Community development director at Cardinal Court, when considering possible long term care for my father in the future. She was professional and kind. She walked me through the process for if that time came and continued to check in with me for support and encouragement as I cared for my father. On one of those calls, I expressed the turn of events that I was having at the "Rehab Facility", she along with the Administrative director and the Nursing director help me get my fathered tran...

I visited this facility

The Cardinal Court Assisted Living and Memory Care was pretty and very homey inside. I toured the memory care part of it. However, there was nobody at the desk when I got there. I had to ring the doorbell twice for somebody to come so I had to wait for quite a while. When I got a tour of the building, I saw not one single employee, just zero. There's only the lady that gave me the tour. There was nobody in the hallway, I didn't see any housekeeping, and I didn't see any aides. I would not go the...

I visited this facility

We went to see the assisted living at Cardinal Court Assisted Living and Memory Care, but the sign on the front of the place said 'Alzheimer's'. So, I think they specialize more in memory care, but we definitely indicated to the woman giving us the tour that there was nothing wrong with my mother's mind and it is even sharper than mine. However, she kept talking about memory and all this stuff, so the place was OK and everybody was friendly. The rooms were just kind of plain. They already provid...

I visited this facility

My first impression of Cardinal Court Assisted Living and Memory Care was good. It is not a very large facility, but everything about it seems just fine. The place looked very nice inside. I was able to look into one of the rooms that my mother-in-law could have possibly stayed in, and I was very impressed with it. The rooms seemed to be very nice. They're very comfortable, nicely furnished, and have a nice layout. The staff member was great. She was very nice and very helpful. She was excellent...

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father moved into Cardinal Court. We like it. He seems fine. The staff is very caring and very patient. They have the residents' best interests in mind. The food is actually good because I was there with him for several days making sure he's settled in. They have an activities director, and I would see her doing different things with them. They have arts and crafts, chair volleyball, and exercises.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My wife has already moved in to Cardinal Court. The staff was very helpful. I remember talking to her and she called me back and she gave me good advice, which was very helpful. The staff was good. They're off the charts. There's no one near them. I looked at nursing homes and memory care facilities, and there was no one near them. They showed me the rooms virtually. I did the virtual and I got all of the dimensions. They showed us through a video how the furniture fit and where the TV was and a...

I come to visit an old friend and I always have a great experience. Its a warm, yet, sophisticated atmosphere. There's livingrooms for different types of dementia stages. The staff there are really kind and there managers seem to have extensive knowledge on Alzheimer's. I think the daughter goes to a support group there too. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs dementia care.

I visited this facility

We toured Cardinal Court Alzheimer's Special Care Center, but it's too far out for us to drive to, so we didn't go with that one. It was very nice, comfortable, and the memory care was handled very well. The pricing is a little bit outside our budget. They had a lot of nice outdoor facilities, they had a nice patio, and it looked real comfortable. The memory care has monitors, like motion detectors or something like that. Everything looked pretty good. They also have a nice program for activitie...

I visited this facility

Cardinal Court is a very new, clean, and modern community. I felt that they're too new. The person who gave me the tour had only been there for a couple of days and couldn't really offer me a lot of knowledge about the community. There weren't many residents yet, so it felt like we were walking around in an empty building. The staff members were all in one room because there was a family party, and once I met them, I could see that they were very engaged. I was shown a nice-sized, bright, and cl...

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My father moved into Cardinal Court, and it is the best it could possibly be. The care for Alzheimer's patients could not be any better. They are wonderful, and I'm so thankful that he's there. The people are wonderful. I've been there every day, their food is excellent, and their kitchen staff is nice. They chef is wonderful, they give the residents snacks, and I actually have to tell them to feed my dad less.
