Very nice facility, very clean. Love that there is a outdoor area that residents have access to use. Very happy with care given to my love one there.

I'm a friend of someone that live at Cumberland point. That poor care. Aids unclean, didn't wear gloves to clean my friend, nurses never seen them, food was passable. Housekeeping was a joke. They had cobwebs in the Conner's. They left after going to the hospital with multiple infections. I would not send a sick dog to this place. It got 1star cause I couldn't put 0 stars..

Today my sister spent 2 hours coming my cousin hair a lady came in and said she would help so my sister started on my cousin nails when she looked up the lady had cut the knotted hair without my cousin permission. Then tried to say my cousin said she could when clearly my sister was sitting right there. My cousin had to have brain surgery so she doesn’t have half her skull. The day she came in I requested that a note be put by her bed so the aides would know to be very careful because she could get brain damage very easy five days later and nothing is up. She had the same socks on for days the aide didn’t even know she could shower. Not only my self but also other family members have been in the room when my cousin pushes the call light and it has taken a half hour. The very first day when the aide finally came in her phone rang and she tried to say oh my dad forgets I’m working. I cried so hard knowing I had to leave her there.

15 min. of "rehab" a day. Bed sores. 2 hours waitting for pain medicine. Taken off depression medicine suddenly and without patients knowledge. No hygene care unless specifically requested.
